ichidodo: Yorobars are cowards therefore you cant do sh*t... Pyscho-analysin you,we understand your fear...Lagos is 17 million and that isn't the yorobar population we are talking about...this is a conglomeration of numbers roughly split between yorobars and non-yorobars out of which the igbos constitute the majority by far...Now in an event two strong yorobar candidates split yorobar votes, our dear boy stands to gain a very strong showing therefore giving the igbos some political bragging rights that might be insultive to the collective conscience of the yorobars at the same time boosting the hype of the indomitable igbo spirit and you know what that means.....a crushing morale blow to the yorobar psyche....We might use this milestone as a bargaining chip or leverage in some political ventures in the future...you never can tell.

You have stated that your population far outweighs that of the Yorubas so why concern yourself whether their votes will be split or not? Either way their votes are inconsequential to you clinching the number one seat in the state. Numbers matter and that number, you have so why all the useless analysis? All you need do is put paid to Alausa to prove that indeed you run the show. Anything short of that is just you and your entire IBO clan chatting gibberish that you are infamous for. You sought the opportunity and now you have it and on the perfect platform of Apga so if you don't become the governor then you are nothing but doofuses because then the minority will continue to call the shots just as they are now. That then will make not only the biggest cowards but the biggest bullsh1tters.

Why ask for bragging rights when the trident is yours to be claimed? The very least I expected from a majority group is to talk about bragging rights. You own it, now go and possess it - if you dare!

ichidodo: His entrance will initiate a groundswell of support and political awareness from non-yorobar electorates..the joke is on you if he gets at least 10,000 votes, something which can easily be achieved given the numerical strenghth of his support base in Lagos...Let us make a point,a political milestones,a first that an igbo ran for Alausa..we have nothing to fear the yorobars, what can they do but not vote?? If you think you can cower the igbos with your cowardly threats then i laugh your face...

What is there to cower about? The numbers are in your favour so should you not deliver the votes to get him into Alausa then the joke will be on you.

Why are you talking circa numbers when you made claims that you boast of the highest population group in Lagos? You should be talking in the millions and not the thousands. Something tells me that even you know that the acclaimed percentage of your population was pulled from the darkest part of your anus.

There is absolutely no excuse for you not getting this man into Alausa come 2015. If you don't do so, you should all be stoned and thoroughly disgraced!

JomoGbomo2: This is a welcome development...all the supposedly 70% of Lagos population that are ibos can rally together and vote for him....simple!!!

Na so o.

If them all no join togerra vote am, e no go beta for all of them!

This is the time for them to put their money where their mouth is and show their 90% population of Lagos state!

LMAO...u went one step ahead of my story. Did i tell u dat Banjo died in d attempted Lagos attack.

He ofcourse was murdered/executed (which ever one u care for) on d orders of Ojukwu. Bt really at dat tym tins were coming to head. Some of d surving igbo coupists (including Banjo their yaroba side-kick lol) were restless, they felt dat they owed no allegiance to Ojukwu and wanted to have tins their way. It was only a matter of tym before d stage for a major confrontation was set. Ifeajuna in particular was highly-opinionated and hot-tempered. And knowing hw Ojukwu is strong-willed too, it was obvious dat there cant be two captains in a boat. Banjo being his lap dog had to go too. Simple as dat. Any leader who knows his worth wuld do d same. Eat or be eaten.....dats d verdict.

Someone please gag this mofo!

Lol. If debunking your lies and bursting your make-me-feel-good stories, warped and distorted history, translates to me being full of bullshit, so be it and I will dump the sh1t on you the Nigerian slave.

How can you be comparing an established state with an unestablished and chaotic one? Another of your dubious nature, being demonstrated.

On the issue of June 12 I will ask you the ffg questions:

Was the election, presumed to have been won by a Yoruba man in the fairest and freest election, annulled by IBB?

Did IBB Stepped down or not out of intense pressure?

Did Abacha not turned to prisoner in Aso Rock that does not go out of his zoo?

Was he not killed in his zoo?

Was the power not handed over to SW?

They killed Abiola and Kudirat, is that not better than sacrificing over 3mm yorubas, when they can afford to run away to another Abidjan?

Was the country grounded without a single shot or not, during the June 12 struggle?

Was the blockade and sanctions on Nigeria by international community precedented before? That is building a coalition against the Nigerian state.

Who broke the northern oligarchy stronghold on this country?

Who sent the military back to the barracks?

Did your people not run away or not from.Lagos and other SW states in large number?

Which election in this country has 2persons from the same.ethnic group as the major contenders?

Did June 12 not ensured OBJ ruled for 8years?

If it has been y1bos that were in yoruba's position, can.your leaders sacrifice themselves for the general good of the race?

can you navigate a convoluted issue like June 12 with doggedness, tacts and wisdom?

Will you not have rushed to another brainless war, carrying matchets against RPGs.?

All those truthful answers of yours, will tell you who acts with wisdom and who only beats his chest.

Omo y1bo na fe j'oba, n'ile ko n'ile bo mi ni.

Politics / Arms Smuggling Jet Caught With $10million In South Africa Linked To CAN Pres by Asoozy: 11:10pm On Sep 15, 2014
An investigation by SaharaReporters has revealed that a Nigerian private jet caught in Johannesburg with $10 million belongs to Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, the head of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN). Mr. Oritsejafor is also a close confidant of President Goodluck Jonathan.

Ayo Oritsejafor
The CAN leader’s private plane with US registration number N808HG was one of two jets cited by South African officials on September 5 Mr. Oritsejafor's jet arrived South Africa with $9.3 million cash loaded in several suitcases. News of the seizure of the cash broke over the weekend, triggering questions about the ownership of the jets and weapons they intended to purchase.

Nigerian aviation authorities disclosed that one of the jets belonged to Pastor Oritsejafor while the second one was registered to Felix Idiga, the owner of Jafac Aviation Limited.

Two Nigerians and an Israeli defense contractor, Eyal Mesiaka arrived in the jet when they were accosted in South Africa authorities. A South African source disclosed that Mr. Oritsejafor's jet was released after top Nigerian officials intervened, claiming that the weapons to be purchased had the official blessing of the Nigerian government. The jet arrived with two plastic suitcases and two hand luggages with combination locks only known to the Isreali contractor, according to CityPress

Earlier today, SaharaReporters rang the mobile telephone number of Mr. Idiga. At first, he pretended and claimed that he was the Aide De camp to Mr. Idiga. But when our correspondent identified himself as a reporter from SaharaReporters, he owned he started answering questions relating to the issues but claimed the jet we published on our site wasn’t his own. Asked if he knew of another private jet named in apparent arms buy in South Africa, he asked where we got our information after we read the jet registration number to him. He then denied that his jet was involved, before hastily hanging up the phone.

We were unable to reach Pastor Oritsejafor
before going to press.

If you understand me very well, you know Ben's appointment is based on politics NOT MERIT

So PDP will have appointed a more meritorious ibo man?

aljharem:

whether PDP will do the same or not is not the issue. The reasons for their appointments are different. PDP will do the same based on merit and not based on acquiring power for Tinubu APC.

These are two different things

Well not that it matters now. APC is still a tribal party and we REAL indigenes of Lagos are tired of them.

If I understand you correctly, you are saying Ben Akanueze is not meritorious of his position?

This lack of sense of identity, self worth and belonging is why they the care less about their land and care more about other people's land and way of life, this is why there's still no formidable political structure or rallying point, this is why instead of projecting a strong and viable political force to represent and fight for their collective interests, they get self destructive and fold up easily.

They care more about my own life, my own state, my own governor and people than they do about theirs, it's as if theirs doesn't exist. Freedom for every man and woman in that region means leaving that land for Lagos or anywhere in the SW or the North, it's anywhere but their own land and environment.

AGPA as the only traditional political party in that region capsized before their eyes and they care less, the adults are powerless and it's every man for himself with the elites. The same lack of self worth and sense of belonging manifested the impending doom with their Ijaw/SS attachment. Politics of convenience and relationship doesn't change history or make people forget past pain and aggression against them so today's political tolerance doesn't mean it's going to be business as usual after GEJ's term in office. After GEJ's tern, they are back in the wilderness in a more hostile environment that they created, they have to deal with reality and the bridges they burnt.

Truer words have not been said.

Yet Yorubas and non-Igbos, have a home in Nollywood, which people term as Igbo dominated and controlled. Omotola, Damilola Adegbite, Mercy Johnson, Olu Jacobs, Ini Edo, Joseph Benjamin, Gbenro Ajibade etc......which ones are Igbo?

Yes, in some instances people have shown tribalist tendencies, but others have always overshadowed them

Take the music industry as an example.........everyone collabs with everyone. Movies, the same. The rest of Nigeria is just lagging behind.

The mere fact that you can count the non ibos renders your argument of non-tribalism in Nollywood void.
