@simmarco keep the Good work up, we need more people like you and @Lawyer to get rid of the thieves and Crooks trying to rip people off, more grease to your elbows. i will definitely contact you when i am doing my next land purchase, i have just purchased government land, your services would not be required for government land i believe. |
@Vinanebi please what title do you currently have. |
whats your experience with Mercedes Benz i.e leventis trainned, years of service or refrences please |
@Richieboi you comment makes very little sense, did you read the Sa representatives response at all !!!!' please read the article in full before making silly comments The police representative agrees there are bad elements in the force that abuse there power, if you have nothing positive to add please keep quiet. |
I agree with Mowaa and Femi1632 and for first time i must say i disagree totally with Lawyer on this one, i believe its all about us as buyers being able to make informed decisions. A big part of that process is having a view of the property first, this will enable a prospective buyer to make a decision as to whether he would want to proceed any further with the purchase or not. This in its own right saves the buyer and seller a lot of money and time buy not going about viewing properties and lands he would not have bothered viewing if he had an outlook of the situation in the first place. i don't think being a third fourth of fifth agent makes any difference either, in as much as that agent has the authority to advertise that property on the Agents behalf pictures can still be displayed. if he does not have that authority he should not be advertising the property full stop. its for very much reasons like this we want these pictures. it appears to me a lot of the developers are not comfortable with what they are offering as products, hence the reason why they are reluctant to put these picture to back them up, in the UK the are websites like rightmoves.co.UK and fishforhomes.co.uk that not only give you pictures of the external of the properties for sale but also give you interior pictures. I don't think NL are actually advocating this, i believe photos of the exterior would be a step in right direction. Once again Sellers, agents, and property developers Transparency please !!!!!!! |
@blacksta i have an agent in Lagos, who can clear these for you as soon as possible, please let me know if you are intrested |
@blackstar I have an agent in lagos, who should be able to clear these as soon as possible, if interested please let me know. |
why dont you check the lagos land bureau website |
I must say i am surprised to hear people getting ripped off by these Mediocre's, it has never happened to me before O, even though i know it goes on The best thing is to the use the official Bureau de change or once you find a reliable one use him all the time. Recomended Airport hotel - BAT investments inside Airport Hotel (not outside on the street) Ikoyi Hotel - Big Alhaji (you can never go wrong) Federal place Hotel - Naziru Yusuf Habil (first shop near the hotel main car park) instead of using the so called Agbero's on the street because you want to ensure you get the best rate besides any issue you can always go back to them. |
@Ayo your source please |
@ Dayo if My contact inspects and I'm still interested, and i make the 50% payment how soon will all documents be available. |
@Ogunmoye !!!! Everbody knows that land at isheri north is 4-5 million, so were did you get you 8 million from, is there something special about this land we do not know about that is should attract a N3 million premium. please kindly lets us now when you sell it. Best of luck |
KevynBash is this before or after Awoyaya please |
@Larry Okun i agree with you the developers and sellers should provide pictures of there respective developments, that way everbody can have a clearer 'picture' of what is actually being offered. I was in Nigeria earlier this year and viewed some of the estate in the Mowe/Ofada area, and the Lekki FTZ, all i can say is i was highly disappointed in what they were offering. A lot of the developers there had done little or no work on there prospective sites and were asking for large amounts of money. it just makes you wonder if these guys will deliver everything or anything they are promising Developers and sellers Transparency please !!! please include your photo's of your developments for all to see. |
@estate resources And at what office address do we contact you if you do not deliver ? |
@Xoj231 please were exactly along lagos ibadan express is this pentagon, what level of development is the estate at. |

I saw this development last time i was in Lagos, nice development but i felt it was quite far from VI and lekki itself. All the best with your sale. |
Even the name sounds Dodgy, Nixon Blast international, please were is your company based more details please, Business registration number, office address, contact no etc etc |
Lerelondon only a stupid person like you would think what i wrote makes no sense, it is confirmed from you numerous coments that you are complete mental case (Nutter), you need to be sectioned (for you own good) under mental health act, i have your number and will be passing it on to the necessarry authorities he will pick you up soon. people like you should be banned from using this site or any other forums on the net. I can bet you are nothing but a low life living in london an early MoMo guy, (probably at southbank) claiming to be a lecturer, prove me wrong if you can. if not just keep quiet and and go and sell your doggy Wringers else were. |
This Lerelondon is by no means a true reflection of the london based nairalanders on this site. Lerelondon you come across as violent and rude, thats no way to try and sell your cars. you claim to be a lecturer at southbank university indeed i am suprised, i did not know southbank now employs holigans. i personally would recomend you are ignored at all costs. |
Jonyjay my question was not directed at you, you claim to be in Texas but it appears you know very little about cars and Car Prices. Trust me i know what i am saying, i could definitely pick up that Car with all those accessories and more for less (£10k/$18K) than Jenju is asking for and it definitely would not be salvage. Obviously Jenju will sell it, but thats probably because people can't get up and get it themselves. best of luck with your sale Jenju. |
