Mr Peter Obi answered questions from his followers on social media yesterday night. One of the followers asked him how he would solve the problem of insecurity. She said that it has gotten worse since the last election.

Peter Obi told her that he was on a British Airways flight a long time ago when he was governor and that a Lagos State official was on the same flight. He said that she wanted to use the toilet, but it was messed up, so she came back. He said that he went to the toilet and by the time she went to the toilet again it had been cleaned.

He said that the Lagos State official told a minister and other people about what happened.

How did he answer the question of security with British Airways toilets? What am I missing?

Atiku + Amaechi = SS + NE, SE votes follow Obi to Accord or wherever he goes, they don't go to APC

Atiku + Obi = SE + NE, SS votes go to APC.

False, the Lagos stare government official simply adviced that NPA should fix their administrative inefficiencies first rather than transferring them to other places so that they don't happen wherever else they are opening. That seems sensible to me.

If they clog up whatever city they go to now, you wouldn't let President Tinubu rest.

“It’s unlike the others like IPOB. The government has been trying to dialogue with them; they still refuse. They are still behind creating a separate state. They are secessionists. Besides being terrorists, they are secessionists. Well, these people (bandits) are not secessionists.,” Gumi said.

I will break it down as you clearly are a novice when it comes to politics in Nigeria.

First off, Peter Obi is a turn off to lots of people, with the "Yes daddy" video and the tribal politics he played in Lagos over destruction of houses at Trade fair complex amongst other things. This is before we start looking at his nauseous Obidients. Amaechi doesn't have that baggage.

Secondly, Peter Obi in another party can seal off South East votes away from APC, Amaechi cannot do the same for South South votes so it makes more, sense to have Amaechi on board.

Helinues made a point that I needed clarity on which he did. He and I have had disagreements on a few topics on here, they have been civil in all cases despite the fact that we were on opposite sides of an issue. That is OK, I respect and admire his conviction.

Despite having virtually all the 36 state governors, APC will be fielding a Tinubu/Kwankwaso ticket in 2027 (yes, Kwankwaso is on his way to APC). It is only common sense to have an Atiku/Obi ticket in ADC. Obi knows it already but I doubt some Obidients do. It will be a battle between the first and the fourth candidate in 2023 vs the second and third candidate. My money is on Atiku/Obi ticket to triumph. By 2031 or 2039 (depending on horsetrading and concessions), if Obi also confidently declares Emi Lokan, no one will question his demand, just like no one did with Tinubu. Politics is not an emotional sport.

You people assume Obi is a shoe in for ADC Deputy, far from it, Amaechi is Atiku's deputy right now.

Obi is not on the radar at all for ADC.

Not to over stress the point but what happens on Ẹyọ day is not fighting, it's beating and hopefully Obidients will come out on both Ẹyọ and Oro days to receive such. Stay at home on Ẹyọ days and watch it on television unless an emergency is the simple solution

For none Ẹyọ days or Ẹyọ fighting each other, I agree, it is a nonsense that needs eradicating. Actually, I have akwats felt from childhood that people gathering to watch fights in Lagos should also be carted away by the police as it encourages such indiscipline.
