At a fil festival they showed a short film of children being accused of being witches in Nigeria,Congo and Kenya. Parents abandoning a 2 year old kid because a charlatan masquerading as a man of god has accused that kid of being a witch. This is a prime example of how religion poisons everything. Attacking the most vulnerable members of society in the name of god. You see an atheist would never do such a thing because we don't believe in absurdities

Quite simply everything around us evidences an intelligent origin to existence. I believe such a cause exists, and would therefore categorize myself as an empirical and intuitive deist.

Which is why i was so angry this morning when i saw some posts where some bozo tried to point to the existence of evil as evidence that God does not exist. When i was not talking about the biblical "good" God. I am talking about the uncaused cause and some one talks about malaria? A line of reasoning i graduated from when i was 14! I am still astonished, because it came from a person i credited with some sense!

I have some respect for people who believe in deism. At least they don't believe in a personal god who is always fixing and poking, messing around with tradesman's wives, giving tablets on mountains, commanding you to mutilate your children, telling people what words they can say and what words they can't say, making people feel guilty about enjoying themselves, and like that.

In this case to know, I am thinking TOE can't explain the formation of the Earth and the root formation of SUN itself. I assume this is your answer, if yes I agree, otherwise please correct me. I seek a knowledge which is therefore beyond Evolution, a knowledge that can explain exactly how those giant hydrogen molecular clouds came to being, and how they formed the SUN. If as an Evolutionist, you have don't have answer to this, then TOE can't explain how existence came into being from non-existence. That is the Holy Grail that I seek.

You might need to read about the big bang theory it explains how the universe as a we know it was created. It also explains about formation of stars and planets

IMO, Evolution has no physical proof of origin, just as there is no "physical proof of God", not yet anyways. If you think Evolution is complete, then where did the Sun comes from? formed about 4.57 billion years ago when a hydrogen molecular cloud collapsed? what's the origin of those hydrogen molecular clouds?

My problem with religious people is that anything they don't understand, they attribute to God. God for them is where you sweep away all the mysteries of the world, all the challenges to our intelligence. They simply turn your mind off and say God did it.
