Investing in the REIT means you are joining your money with other suscribers to a fund that will invest in REAL Estate and then you will share the profits and benefits with other suscribers. The fund will be managed by Union homes. It is a good mutual fund but it if for the long term investor not someone looking to invest for the short term or 1 year.

I would say this would normally take between 3 weeks to 6 weeks if you are prepared to go to the registrars for self verification if a stock brokers sends it to the registrars on your behalf. That is IF your are the one that signed for it on the public offer form.

I went to PHCN office at Marina some time ago and found out that they take their Gen of everyday at 12 o clock and then rely on nepa for the rest of the day.

the day i was there they were running around like chikens before the gen went off I couldnt believe it.

If you are looking for a reliable stock broker. Then in the first place they would not take it from you and tell you they acan sell it within four days.

The process takes a much longer time than this.

For shares bought through public offer - The address that you put on the aplicatn form while buying the shares is where your dividend will be posted to.
FOR shares bought through sec. market - the address on your CSCS account


If you want you can visit the registrars or go to their websites for the shares you have
download the e-dividend fill and send, this will enable registrars to pay directly to your bank account.
