For the first time i agree with one of your posts/topics

I feel that way and its been like that for a while. The funny thing is that I ALWAYS have a very guilty feeling in my tummy on sundays like u get when u do something bad and no one sees.
Try and read the bible for a while on Sundays or get involved in something in the church so you wouldnt just be sitting there listening praying sittting standing then going lol or alternatively attend the house worships/cell.

Reading the blble gets you to understand what the pastor is talking about and kind of refreshes you to start going to church again. I used to do that for a while when i get very tired of church, attending the cells gives you a more personal visit.

Do you have a stock broker?

I had to open account with them for NYSC they were ok. I didnt have much complaints about them.

Last time i went in there i think they are working on their customer services and it was a bit better.

Why dont u use google for a review of Stock brokers on the LSE

type in stock brokers review london stock exchange
or try and go to some british websites that provide a service like nairaland or proshare.

I think that will help.

when people are depressed most of their thought tend to be all or nothing, they have a negative perspective of things, From the time they wake up till when they sleep your thoughts keep bothering you and they are usually negative thoughts and a cycle of putting yourself dow, Someone could say somehthing funy to u or be rude to u instead of brushing it off it would escalate to massive negative self depreciating thoughtsn.

I have thought of suicide at one time, I just wanted to end the constant negative thougths, i could not find anyway out my problems and they would keep coming plus I had a very low image of myself so i thought why not, what difference would my life make anyway.

there is always a way out wether now or later, and problems have to be addressed rather than cancelled by drastic action or suicide cause thats what life is about learning from mistakes and tackling problems.
