Fact is 2baba messed up wether he recorded with or without rkelly.

Im 4 baba number one fan oooo but I know one thing for sure. but he messed up by taking an old song copying it exactly and just adding his voice. Even when he heard the song at first why couldt he think of remxing it or adding something or even choosing another song cause to me the song is a wack song for an album of 2009 . He should sack or come out in full and blame whoever meessed up.

Let me ask you one question, Whose account did you pay the money into? Stock broker, agent, friends acct, bank?

You can go to the registrars with a photocopy of your application form and a copy of the bank teller. Make sure you go with photocopies and try to keep the originals unless they give u a stamped copy when collecting from you.

With the application form they will be able to search for your application using different details on your form because during that offer they made a lot of mistakes on the names on certificates so the guy could have been searching for the wrong name. Do you understand what I mean? For example instead of searching for Eruchi maybe your name on the system is Erychi. If they still cant find your name then ask them how you will go about getting your money refunded.

2. year of public offer
3. if you have photocopy of application form or receipt from the bank/ company/receiving agent
4. Where/who you submitted the application form to.

Im not saying ur a scammer but what I advice is that you should improve ur marketing skills.
How do u want any individual intending to purchase property worth millions to go through your post see those two pics and then bother replying because I would be expecting you to reply with those same pics and write up. If its your work email then you can easily put a filter on incoming mails whenever anyone spams you. I have advertised my company business before and put up my official email address. Even if you dont put your email address up then you can put your company website up.

On the issue of not having a dedicated website solely for the marketing of 1004 flats, it may interest you to know that UAC Plc that bought the development from the Federal Government a few years ago SOLD OUT ALL THE FLATS in about one year without a dedicated website and even before renovation works began in the estate.

The reason why UAC did not have a website is because companies were directly dealing with UAC not individuals that you are marking to now.

Babe not as if i have a lot of experience in relationships but what I would say is look weeeeeeeell before u leap. Make sure you know the guy for at least more than a month before u get intimate or even kiss/sleep them. Get to know them as friends first, see how he talks about his family and treats people around him. Cause some guys might see that ur looking for a caring good guy, pretend like they are then chop and run away. I have found this post very very interesting. It is a pity I couldnt read something like this earlier when I really needed it, Instaed I was feelind depressed but thinking I was going mad which even made it worse cause it brought on more anxiety and made me stay at home 'hidind' instead of looking for help or talking to people that could help until it was almost too late,

My advice for nybody that feels or thinks they need help or cannot cope PLS reach out to someone such as a mentor, doctor or family member. nigeria needs more help regarding info on mental health, maybe more websites leading to sources that can give help.
