I believe that Dangote is a good buy, there are other offers out now but I believe its the best.
The company has a good management team and they shoul dbe able to meet all the forecasts in the prospectus. I believe it wouldnt be as good as Dangote sugar but you will definetely get profit on this offer.

Nahco is a good buy right now the price is at 22.81 kobo but the public offer price is 17.50 at a discount.

they own a large market share in the Aviation handling services and i believe that with the money from the public offer they will give good returns to people that suscribe.
The minimum you can buy is 1000units that 17,500 and you can purchase in further multiples of 100units.

the bank public offers take longer to verify because all the funds have to be verified by CBN. Other companies outside the banking sector dont take as long. i know transcorp certs are being issued now to some people, Dang sugar didnt take tooo long. Dont miss out on a good offer sha

Now my question is (1) what are the processes of engaging a broker(2) what documents are expected from myself/broker
(3)How soon do i get a share certificate from First bank(4) what is the cost of these transactions with a broker varying from managing my units and commissions?

letting you know how many units you have and how many units you will be able to buy.

So maybe go check your po box or wait a little bit longer for the mail

First you need to register online (seems you have already done that)
You will need to download the subscription payment form.

fill in the details and give it to your broker, after this your broker will sign the form and then you will submit it to CSCS with the required registration fee.

After this they will give you a password and allow you to log on to the site as you wish to monitor your stocks.

The IBTC G.I.F is guaranteed against dimunition in value provided the UNITS ARE HELF FOR A MINIMUM OF THREE MONTHS. The price of a unit is N100 and the minimum units you can apply for is 500 = N50,000 minimum. Subsequent multiples of 100 units can be applied for at N10,000

My opinion is that this suitable for people that want to invest in something that has minimum risk and preserve their capital for the long term. So for example you have a lot of money but dont want to put it in a savings deposit in a bank. This is another good option to take.

1. fill an intermember transfer form which I have attached.
2. Contact the new stock broker and give them a recent print out of your CSCS account and the filled intermember transfer form
3. Give them the transfer fee which should be N500,
4. You will write a letter a sample of which i have attached.
