Talking about submission in marriage, men r quick to say 'my wife does not respect me, yet she claims to be a christian, has she not read it in d bible- wives submit to ur own husband'. Unmarried guys r quick to say 'i want to marry a woman who will respect me' and marriage counselors r quick to tell us that d first need of a man is respect. I once heard someone share dt d reason men sleep with their househelps nd secretaries is because these ones respect them nd so they r attracted to them. Well, i know dt when a man says my wife does not respect me, there is more to dt statement. There was a day i followed a friend to a certain man's house, this man has been complaining to my friend dt his wife does not respect him, so on dt day, as we were in his house, his wife served him food; when d woman left, d man turned to my friend nd said 'u see what i've been telling u, she does not have respect for me' dt left me wondering. What exactly did she do, she served d food with a fine plate in a good tray. There were about 3 piece of meat in d soup. What could be d problem? Could it be dt he told her dt he does not like fufu in d afternoon or is it dt she knows dt he does not like d kind of soup she prepared, yet she cooked it? Or is it dt he wanted her to sit by him when he is eating? What could d issue be? I may not know what d problem really is but i know dt d summary is dt she is NOT submissive according to him...

i bet everyone knows dt d most important thing in life is to fulfill one's purpose whether married or unmarried. It'll be a shameful thing to have marriage be d reason for an unfulfilled life. Everybody should have some desired quality in a spouse else u 'll find out in d long run dt u didn't bargain for what u settled for. Most pple dt r separated from their spouses either made d wrong choice out of impatience mainly or in some cases have forces dt r against them. If u have certain qualities u desire in a spouse, all it'll take from u is patience while u r upgrading urself so dt when u finally meet d person, u wont be found wanting. @op...dt may be a joke or an indirect way of saying she's no go area for u...but just a thought, if u really had something for this chic, u would try to BECOME dt which she wants, afterall if u r dt, it won't be bad at all...js

Intelligence nd emotion are inter dependent. Intelligence is independent of knowledge acquired. Intelligence cannot be measured or defined because it is relative. For instance, an exceptionally good math student may not be good in biology. A musician who writes good songs may not be able to solve 1+1 nd a math prof who cannot put a song line together, who is more intelligent? D above eg tells us dt intelligence should not be overrated though it is. As per what is needed to succeed; making right decision is d basic thing needed to succeed in this life. If u know ur strength is art, y decide to do sciences nd mess ur o'level cert? If u kn ur strength is music (entertainment) y go to read law? It's all about knowing ur strength nd DECIDING to take advantage of it. Someone dt made a first class in accountancy may have spent 10yrs reading medicine if he'd gone there. If u know a certain trait will affect ur rship with ur spouse, employer etc, DECIDE to work on it. If u know ur strength is biz y go to school...TODAY'S DECISIONS AFFECTS TOMORROW's SUCCESS STORY. Make d right decision nd u'll succeed.

d easiest way to get back to god is to apply jesus' teaching in luke 17, if ur bro offends u, go to him nd 'rebuke' him nd if he 'repents', forgive him...sometimes when pple offend us, we'll do well to forgive them nd move on but there r times when forgiveness is hard, at such times apply luke 17 principle ok...go nd talk things over with, all dt may be required for u to regain d joy of ur salvation may be a sincere apology from him. The cutting of cake is an old tradition at wedding events. Nowadays, its as though no wedding ceremony is complete without d cutting of cake. It recently cut across traditional marriage ceremony. At most weddings, a special time is reserved for d cutting of cake. At such time, witnesses are called to observe d very 'first' task the couple r embarking on. D bride holds d knife while d groom's hand rests atop d bride's nd they cut d cake. This act depicts dt d woman is 'under' the man nd so is suppose to submit to him. But on a second thought, its wrong, because it shows d woman is d one carrying out the first task with d man helping...little wonder most women dt did dt end up being d bread winner at d long run. I think d correct position should be the man's hand on d knife nd d woman's hand underneath his wrist as d help she is...
