Currently in Zamfara for a break. My observations and informal opinion poll indicate that:

1. Matawalle may soon join the former Governors club. His poor performance will cost him his seat. The PDP flag bearer is having more reception with the poor.

2. APC Presidential candidate is very much known and fairly accepted by large swarth of the population here.

3. Mr.Peter Obi has no footprints � and essentially unheard and literally unknown.
4. May Allah SWT give us the best leader as we don't know

This is very sad. I watched with complete shock how some Christians are literally delighted over the killing of a fellow human being. Atleast where is the humanity? Is that what Christianity teaches?.

Whichever religion made you to relish killing of life of human beings regardless of race, creed, tribes or any other sentiments then that religion is Satanic cult.

Some "interpretations" paint Islam as a religion of peace while others do the opposite. Your research should focus on the history of Islam, its Prophet, and holy book; find out what scholars think.

A lot of muslims come about their interpretations in any of the following ways:

3) complete understanding and submission to the entire doctrine and scriptural injunctions of the Qur'an.

This is also applicable to Christians.

Nb: I am an atheist. I am encouraging the best approach of inquiry.

The best place to start that search is read the Quran with open mind. I mean put your brain and mind to it and ask questions. Allah created the brains for us to think.

Jesus always talked about the kingdom of God and he being the son of man. That was the emphasis of jesus in the new testament.
As you said, prophets in time past already taught us to worship God, pray, and give charity but jesus came to teach the world about the kingdom of God specifically, if you read the bible where you can learn about jesus teachings in detail. The kingdom of God simply means God himself ruling us, and administering true justice.

My own father worshiped God alone, he never claimed to be God or son of God. He taught me what is good and warned me against badness.
He also give alms (Charity). So will you to follow my dad?

Quran contains an excellent information about Jesus right before his birth. Same goes for Mary with details prayer of her mom and Allah's acceptance of her invocation. It includes Miracle and Signs given to Jesus by Allah and unbelievers response to his message.

Surrendering to Allah's will alone and avoiding false worship, doing and encouraging what is good is central tenet from Adam, Abraham, Mosses, Jesus to Muhammad (Peace be on them). The Lord of the Throne has no son or any partner and all worship should be directed to Him alone.

Who are those who follow Jesus? It is the Christians. So, it means it is better to be a Christian than being a Muslim. Who doesn't want to be superior?

2. All prophets were sent by God.
They teach humanity to avoid worshipping false God and Worship only ONE GOD alone. Do Goods and avoid evils.

False worship include; Calling Jesus as God or Son of God or Trinity. No prophets ask that he should be worshipped instead of God, the Absolute.

Next time if you want to sleep, or you need anything in life, humbly call on God alone, your creator.

I learnt alot here on Nairaland.

Many Christians are full of hate and venom on this platform. They hate themselves and uncommon allergies to Islam. Logics do not appeal to their brains. The brains is for scoring distinction only in schools but more important questions are left unattended.

They are doing poor job representing Christianity on this platform.

If your intention is to please He who created you and wish for blissful life here and hereafter than go for Islam.

Your creator will surely guide you.

Logic cannot explain the Roman polytheism.

Your God is One God without son or daughter.

Jesus was created by God without Mother just like Adam was created without father or Mother.

Both Adam and Jesus should not be worshipped but God who created all.

Even the two so called Christians Postors I worked with in the office are all having extra marital affairs. One even has a church in Lagos .They marry one wife but 10 extra women.
