You won't understand if you have not experienced it.
If you check well, he must have exhibited 'symptoms' of that habit when you guys were much younger. It is painful, but what can you do?
The rest of you should stay together. Give him the space he wants. Reach out to him occasionally if you have to. Send him birthday greetings. (Don't expect a response) Invite him to your social events. (Don't expect to see him there). Hopefully one day, his eyes will clear.

Try oat flour. There are several varieties in the market. Also potato flour (sweet potato) if you can find that. Acha is very good too. English name is fonio aka hungry rice.

I just purchased lanisoh electric breast pump (double pump) but I can't seem to get it to work, I believe I'm doing everything right. It suctions but nothing comes out after fitting the flange to my boob's.
Mothers that r familiar with how electric pump works pls assist with the necessary steps before I take it back to the point of purchase.

you need to be patient when using breast pumps. it usually takes a while before the milk is let down. sit down comfortably, have a glass of water with you. you may want to have a warm bath before you start. and give it about 30 to 45 mins. some people however do better hand-expressing.

They only deliver to the US. I shop for my glam kids there. They even stock for up to ten years.

Get earplugs. Depending on your location You can get from any good pharmacy. Either the wax or the foam type. They either block out the noise completely or greatly reduce it.
