Hello good afternoon. I and my wife have been ttc for over 1 year, am not always around and get to see her 2 weeks in every 3 months and I try to come when she is ovulating, I did semen analysis and this was d result
volume: 1.oml,
viscosity: viscous,
color: milky,
PH: 80,
pus cell: many/hpf,
RBC: 0-2/hpf,
epithelial cells: scanty,
aggressive and progressive: 50%,
sluggish: 20%,
dead: 30%,
normal formed: 85%,
abnormal formed: 15%,(pin headed and coil tail)
count: 20x10⁶cells/ml

Minimum sperm count needed for pregnancy is between 15 - 20 Million. (You have 20M!, not bad)
Morphology - Should be at least 4% normal. You have 85% normal sperm cells (Good!)
Motility should be minimum of 32%. You scored 50% here. (Good).
Minimum volume should be 1.5 or 2ml. You produced 1ml (could be worked on).

In general, it is not a bad SFA. You can up your numbers by taking men's prenatal. Also, it might just be that you need to DTD more with wifey, since you are not always together. Even doctors advise to meet as a couple at least 3 times in a week or every other day.

All the best sir.

Happy New Month. May God in His infinite mercies remember everyone .

Jaymamma , I celebrate with you! kiss Congratulations!

Tripletwins222 : Hmmmmmn, this result isn't bad o. The minimum sperm count needed for pregnancy to occur is between 15m and 20m. Your DH has 25M! His morphology is fine too. It is just the motility that needs to be worked on. Please mama, dont give up. What if I tell you some of us are still praying for our DH's sperm to even be up to the minimum count required. Hmmmmmn!

Queen1010, Congratulations to you. You shall carry to term.

My mamas and papas here, God has not given up on us. He will do that which He will do and no man will be able to share in His glory. Would we appreciate that our thorns still have beautiful roses or complain that our Roses have thorns (Today's Preaching in my church)? I'd choose the former. Let's learn to be grateful even in our challenges. Our testimonies are here already. I celebrate every woman on this thread, God sees our struggles and challenges and He will see us through. We are overcomers, amen.

Amen and Amen. I used the combination that Joyfulmama mentioned in a post here earlier. They are:
Bara (bitter melon)
Ewe asunrin
Episode igi obi (cola tree shell)
Kaun bilala (potash) just little
Ori (shea butter)
I boiled all together, I took half a glass cup morning on an empty stomach and last thing at night. Joyfulmama said to use it for three days but I managed to use it for two days. I used immediately after my period.

Thanks for sharing. Fertility blessings to us all.

@ joyfulmama, sorry to ask, did you take this in the cycle you conceived? Hope you good maam

hi mummies something is bothering me, my parents told me to leave my husband of a year and half just because of not having babies, I called mum this morning she said if I like I should sit down here, she said they are not putting mouth in our marriage matter anymore, am very angry, they keep frustrating me and reminding me of people we both started who are either pregnant or who has given birth, they do it every time, how will I leave my husband for what, we can't go to Ibadan again for treatment, please who can recommend a good fertility hospital in Lagos, and an affordable one, we battling with bilateral tubal blockage and bilateral varicocoele, please help I stay at dalemo after Alakuko but am working at ikeja please help me am sad

Mama, there is no impossibility with God. These 2 cases you mentioned can be corrected. Glory be to God for that,.

1. For the tubal blockage, buy serrapeptase and also do castor oil massage.

2. For the bilateral varicocele, go to LUTH , idi-araba, the Urology department. Their clinic runs on Monday and Thursday. Surgery and total cost shouldn't be up to 60k. You can send me a mail. I'd put you through more on this.

Also, you can see a gynaecologist at LUTH too *Wednesday 8am

It is well Mama .

In my opinion if you really want to use bsm and acv for health concerns go ahead and to so but do not ttc then. Use for the whole month and stop the second month before ovulation. Do not use during 2ww. Drink plenty water when on it. Do not take plenty bsm. Take a tablespoon of avs to teaspoon of bsm. Do not take too much of bsm, its sugar you know..

As for DIm, it lower excess estrogen. Fibroids and endo feed on estrogen. So by reducing estrogen you reduce the fibroids and endos. Even though I do not have personal experience with it, I have read about a mama who took in trough her circle and got pregnant, though she use it in combo with serrapeptase dim and other supplements. I am not even sure if it disrupt ovulation, since your need estrogen to produce eggs. Please do more research.

Mamas with experience will come and chuk mouth..God bless you.

Thanks for the information. I appreciate it

Hello mamas, happy Sunday.

Please I need information on the following and I'd appreciate prompt responses.

1. Can ACV + BSM be used after ovulation has occured? i.e can it be used throughout one cycle? If no, when can it be stopped?

2. Has anyone used DIM for fibroids. Is it advisable to use DIM when TTC (because it states that it shouldn't be used when trying to get pregnant on the container by manufacturer but I read on Google that it can be used). Please has anyone used DIM and got pregnant while using it?

I would truly appreciate your responses. Fertility blessings to us all.

Nobody to answer me here. Where can I go now? Am just confused. What kind of life is this God have mercy

Mama, please calm down. I know you are probably going through a lot right now, but please take it easy on yourself. Try the serrapeptase and castor oil massage other mamas recommended.

Yes, the castor oil is the one in small bottle sold in pharmacies at 500 naira.. You'd be fine mama, trust me. Some mamas here had same issues, but today it is a thing of the past..

Please try the serrapeptase and castor oil massage.

Also, check out this thread:

https://www.nairaland.com/749722/there-solution-blocked-tubes

Read from the first page to the last.. You will see how some mamas dealt with this issue there.

God be with you sis, babydust!

Please house.

What is the size range a follicle needs to get to before it will rupture?

My wife's dominant follicle is at 27mm and it's day 12 of her cycle.

When should we expect it to rupture?

I know it's close and I am ready to do the do. Man is ready for as many rounds as is needed.

Biko ship in a little advice of you know something about follicular tracking.

The egg grows about 1-2mm per day. And it can grow up to 30mm. If she has a 28 day cycle, she might ovulate around day 14, by then, the egg would have grown up to 30mm. But sir, you don't have to wait till the egg drops before you baby dance. You can start BD now, so once the egg drops, you already have your 'men' waiting to fertilize the egg.

Best wishes and regards to wifey.
