Hello mamas. Pls, I need your contribution on this issue.

After ovulation, I start to feel pregnancy symptoms, nausea, headache, tiredness, large b88bs etc. Then around 8-12 dpo, I would have this unusually high temperature, about 38.5 degree Celsius. This high temp last for about 5 hours, then the temp goes down and all my symptoms stop. And days later, I get my period.

Please, what do you think is responsible for this?

U can get from the pharmacy. It comes in dosage of 1000mg or 500mg. You can take one in the morning and night. It is a food, so can be taken throughout cycle, and in pregnancy. It balances hormones and aid fertility.

I have come to testify of the glory of God in my life my sisters. It’s been 2years and 8months of trying! This is going to be a long post because I’m going into details so bear with me.

Tried passively through 2016, nothing happened, last year we decided to visit the hospital. Hospital visits were a major challenge for me due to my job and having to do certain tests at particular days of a cycle. I managed to do hormonal tests which came out great, hubby’s SFA came out great too but when I did hsg, it was seen that there’s midsegment tubal blockage and a submucous myoma of about 6cm or so. That day was the worst day of my life. Anyway, I came on here to seek for help and I got to know about natural supplements I can take. I got them and started right away. This was in March. May 2017, I did another hsg at prisms and the fibroid had dissolved but tubes still blocked. I wasn’t working with a doctor Cos I didn’t have time. I went for hydrotubation at Rjolad which didn’t work. Anyway I got tired of taking the supplements and Chinese teas and just abandoned the whole thing because hubby and I were planning on relocating.

After relocation, we started again but this time I was working with a Gynea at a Fertility clinic and God gave me a job where I could choose my working hours (Big miracle). I was asked to do tubal cannulation because the blockage showed midsegment blockage. They told me this procedure only works for proximal (close to the uterus) and midsegment blockage, not distal. Anyway, after the procedure, the doctor told me my distal ends were blocked as well so they were able to unclog the midsegment but the distal can only be corrected with laparoscopic surgery which I didn’t want to do to avoid introducing more scar tissue into my system.

I went to see the doctor for laparoscopy consultation, he told me he could go ahead but doesn’t advise me to do the surgery cos my chances of ectopic pregnancy will be almost 80% if I do. He advised me to go straight into Ivf. I had already chartered Chinese teas, serrapaptase, womans best friend, wobenzym etc on Amazon thinking I will be ready to religiously take them now but I decided to go the Ivf route Cos I was tired of waiting and ran out of patience taking supplements.
I was on the Ivf government funded list but due to too many women on the list, my turn is next year. I told them I can’t wait and i will pay. I ended up going for mini-Ivf which is half the cost and minimal stimulation. My free government funded Ivf is still there for whenever I want to use it.

My sisters the whole procedure was so fast, miracles from my stimulation process till transfer date. Today is my blood pregnancy test and it’s very positive! It’s a bfp! At first trial! I have more eggs frozen for my next pregnancies.

Please join me to thank this awesome God who has honored his word in my life. Ivf fails all the time so this is clearly the hand of God.

yes, everything has side effects and potential of going awry. ohss [pls google if you dont know] can occur, ehhen i forgot, if you are pretty slim or below 70kg, you can try triggering with 5000 units of the hcg trigger and not 10,000units to avoid ohss.

the trigger causes the follicle to reipen with 48hrs..ie for ovulation to occur, so i wud suggest u bd like mad the next 72hrs.
bd once day on injection, bd 2x --- am&pm the 2nd day, bd once or twice the 3rd day...then go back to ur normal bd routine

you can buy the hcg injection and get a nurse to inect you..thats the trigger, pregnyl or ovidrel costs btw 2k to 5k per vial, most docs recommend 10,000units, ie 2 vials as they usually come in vials of 5000 units.

no doc/hospital will agree to trigger u, if he hasnt been monitoring or treating you.
you must do follicular tracking or tvs should you wish to diy trigeer, and the follicle must be minimum of 18mm b4 the injection is administered

its best done in a lab, tell them folicular tracking, and ensure they write the size of the follicles, and thickness of ur endometruim, how long is ur cycle?, you know when you ovulate?..if yes start 4 to 6 days b4, if notsubtract 14days from ur cycle lenght, and subtract another 6 days, so u can start the tracking then,

do you intend to trigger?

My follicle grows to 27mm the last 2 times I did.... didn't follow up though.

Implantation occurs 6 to 12 days after ovulation. If u ovulate earlier, it could be. Just make sure you avoid stress. Baby dust!

Good afternoon mama's in the house plz i need your candid advice because I'm so depressed right now i don't even know what else to try but I'm thinking of going for tvs because I tried ovulation kits last month and it's all came out negative which I'm confused about thou i was on clomid last cycle. So my question is how do i go about tvs scan in tracking my ovulation right including the detailed procedure?
Do i need to repeat the test for series of day?

Hello mama,

I think u can track your ovulation with a test called folliculometry (a bit different from TVS). You start from like day 7 or 8 of your cycle and continue doing it everyday to check the growth of your egg (follicle), with this, u can time BD with hubby. Normally, the egg grow about 1-2mm per day and it can be released when it gets to about 18mm. But the egg could grow to abt 25mm too. Just make sure u continue to check the growth with folliculometry daily from like day 8. With this u can monitor the growth of the egg, and when to BD. Some labs charge you per cycle,some daily, depends on your choice.

My AF has always been regular. I've never had issues with AF. It has never passed it's normal cycle day. AF didn't show on its real day, the 2nd day and the 3rd day after my cycle.

I did a test in d hospital recently (the day AF suppose show, I told the doc) and I was told I had infection/pid. I'm so scared right now. I just started taking one antibiotics only (was prescribed by the doc and he said I shld just use it pending the time my other results will be out). My AF has never seized like this and it's scary.

Funny enough dh said my breast is fuller, I've gained weight etc. I just ignored him. Has anyone with a record of regular flow experience this kind of delay? What could be the cause? Please.

I will like to share dis here. Since 2016 when I started ttcing, when ever I go for pelvic scan the results always show there is fluid in the pouch of Douglas , which indicate pid, I hv been given injections and drugs, but the result remain same. I read here about bitter leaf juice and it benefits and I decided to give it a trial, I added scent leaf to it and drank during AF.
Lo and behold I went for scan recently and for the first time in two years there was no fluid in the pouch of Douglas. I give God all the Glory.
I will advice mama's with pid to try the bitter leaf and scent leaf juice.
We are getting very close to our promise land.more Bfp we pray Lord

Sorry mama. You can get gyno.dak.trin vaginal ovule, u insert it high inside your V. I think you have yeast infection.

Can be combined with fluco.nazole as suggested by Sweetnesstwins.

The day i thought I ovulate was actually not the day i do. Even with opk i never get a positive i ovulate on cd16/17. With the help of tracking i got to know this.
May:- i dewormed myself, used malaria drugs and drank bitterleaf for 3days
June:- Didnt track. Drank bitterleaf from cd1-10. Participated in living faith church's operation 615 currently going on. Started buying maternity wears. Stoped all prenatal drugs
july:- BFP
