This wasn't so with me. Hubby and I were the only ones that did the covid test and we didn't even show any of the naija immigration officers because it's not their business. We came through BA and we showed them at the BA counter on Tuesday and also when we got to Heathrow POE on Wednesday morning. For reference purpose, my kids are all below 10 years and it's clearly stated on both BA and UK websites that kids below 10 are exempted.

Thanks for your info, there's no need for the back and forth. What each of us will experience before and during our trips will differ (lagos,Abuja,Kano or Port Harcourt airport won't offer you same scenario on every intending trip)though there might be similarities,I didn't wish to give away over 100k for covid (for children under 11),atleast I don't grow money from trees. This is my opinion,it's an advise base on my experience and am not forcing it on anyone.it is for anyone atall to accept or reject it.I will not get any benefit should anyone carry out this test or not for children under 11yrs.so
I rest my case on this topic

Thank you my dear..We should be sure on information we post here..a friend of mine travelled with the same BA..no covid 19 test was done for his kids below 11years.

I have let this slide but to sound 100% of an info you can't back up with facts is not acceptable. I flew BA from Abuja they bounced people with their kids and covid was the reason(it might be random,just like test for drugs or narcotics) but It happened on Wednesday,10th February,2021. while I also saw it on UKVI please read up BA.com, as it is stated that "ALL passengers must"
well I left Wednesday via Abuja and i saw BA bounce people with kids between 5-10 years old with my own eyes o.
So na advise I de,I no force my opinion

Use google, search for 3 beds+ private landlords (openrent,Gumtree, zoopla and etc) will help.
Am in Glasgow since last week. I also those with visas to start searching for accommodation and request for video viewing. I started these 14 days before our(family of 4) trip and that really helped a lot.

My advice,on the 30th day. Infact you can use three accounts to achieve your PoF.

A friend and the family just arrived Heathrow less than 45mins ago, (waiting) to connect Glasgow airport, there was no question as to why they just came, got their visa since early January 2021. So calm down, no need for panic button. Safe trip

Honestly, from our naija telecoms. You have gotten a lot of advise on the subject, honestly I feel your pain and I can't imagine what this is doing to your brain right now but like someone said take your mind off January then decide what you want to do. The decision is yours and yours alone but please calm down, take any decision and stand by it.

Should we be worried about the "restricted work"

Is dependent wife or husband in this case?

Your spouse should be able to work. I have the same challenge on my vignette,have sent them a mail with copy of the vignette and it's being addressed.
Though they replied and told me I can travel with it but it's receivng attention

The consent letter was it just one from both parents or father writes seperately and mother seperately.
Also if you could share a sample consent letter used.

I was in doubt too but the my friend who just left with BA on Friday sent me this link. He told me our airport officials messed alot passengers up.
All passengers flying on BA must do the test.
please do the test, avoid unnecessary drama from our naija airport officials
