Devaluation of the naira is expected to affect the wealth of these guys but alas, na more money.

Let me say a little thing about conflict of interest (COI). When you are in any position which can potentially influence your judgement in favour or against a particular interest in recognized as COI.

Some organizations erect policies to prevent marriage among their employees. These types of policies are erected to protect the organization by maintaining order regarding professionalism and chain of command and in preventing potential fraud via collusion coz its easier among couples.

Similarly, I beleive you know about Clinton–Lewinsky scandal. Both of them were adults but the public believes that Clinton swayed Lewinsky due to his position as president even though it is Lewinsky that might have possibly initiated the romance in the first place.

We are talking about the wife of a sitting minister here with the minister being a former director in the company, bidding for a contract in a government he belongs. i dont know the perspective of the regarding this issue but we are dealing with ethics and professionalism here. What he did might not be wrong according to the law but i beleive it is ethically inappropriate.

It will be difficult to convince me that Tunji-ojo didn't use his influence as a minister to pressure/lobby his colleague towards awarding that contract to his wife and his "company". This narrative might not be true but you cant tell me a COI does not exist in this case.

In all sincerity, this is a complete conflict of interest due to the fact that his wife is still an active director in the company. I think he should be suspended pending the completion of investigation on the matter.....

In as much as the president is trying to resolve a conflict like they claimed, he lacks the power (according to law) to make those proclamations. The former lawmakers he ordered to be brought back, are they returning as PDP assembly members or brand new APC assembly members?
Whichever way, they contravened Section 109 paragraph (g) when they defected so the president cannot use his office as he is not a law court to right what they did.

Secondly, ordering for Amaewhule to be reinstated as speaker when there is a subsisting court order authenticating Edison Ehie as the speaker is like the president assuming the responsibilities of the Judiciary. Whether the court order is suspicious like it is widely believed by the Wike camp, that court judgment can only be undone by an appellate court and not the president.

Finally, the totality of the president's order is like the FG running the affairs of an independent sub level of government.

Whether there was a round table discussion before they reached those resolutions, we can't tell but those resolutions don't look like something that was discussed. They look more like a military general giving order to his troops than a civilian trying to reconcile warring parties.

For anything, this Rivers crisis has shown that the PDP is a useless party just a little less than the APC

Where did u read that "Tinubu ordered that the 27 lawmakers should be returned to the house"...I understand that's the plan but he didn't publicly ordered that and he cant do that. In fact, there is a court judgement already nullifying the seats of those lawmakers null and avoid and elections needs to be conducted for them to be brought back to the house. I know the intention is to bring back these same ppl coz dey are wikes ppl, but saying that Tinubu gave "order" is a lie...

However, from the above news, the Nigerian Navy proposed the budget which if appropriate protocols were to be followed, would be scrutinized and eliminated from by the national assembly and the senate.

According to what was revealed by the school through the deposition of the Registrar, It is a replacement copy that can be issued by a third party. He never mentioned the school's authorized third party that must have issued the one submitted to INEC. Besides, the Registrar also said the original copy issued by the school was never picked by Tinubu and is still in his file in school. So which one did you claim got burnt before a replacement copy was issued? Does the third party also have the approval of the school to forge school signature?

Pls go through the deposition very well. The registerer never said Tinubu refused to come for his certificate or neither does a certificate belonging to a Bola Ahmed Tinubu in their custody....pls get ur facts right

Tinubu sworn under oath that his certificates including his A levels were destroyed in a fire incidence.
CSU do not issue certificates twice to students
A lost certificate can be replaced by a third party vendor

The next step is for Atiku to verify if the submitted certificate was actually issued to Tinubu by a third party vendor......

To me, Atiku should ditch the case of certificate forgery because following the these facts, he has no case.

But the major achilles heel in this Tinubu saga is how he got admitted to CSU in the first place

He used A levels to gain admission into CSU and these A levels has descripancies

Atiku should investigate these demographic discrepancies in the A levels .....

and if it shows that the A levels belong to another person, his admission into CSU can be nullified and his certificate rescinded......

Then, Tinubu would have failed to meet the minimum requirement of WASC for the position of Nigerian president which will invalidate his presidency.....

But i believe if Tinubu can be triumphant in this case.....Atiku is finished in Nigeria
