Buhari has refused to sign the electoral bill since last year but quickly rushed to put signature on the PIB simply because it favors the north heavily.
Do you know that Kano and Kaduna have been recognized as host communities simply because pipelines pass through it and as such entitled to 3%. The abacadabra of rerouting pipelines passing through several communities in the north connecting to refineries for 3% allocation is ongoing.
Here is a man whose first consideration is anything that favors the north no matter how badly put together or economically awkward it is.
So, the 3% does not only go to the ND states but also some northern communities housing the pipelines. Niger Delta has once again been robbed but Zamfara is keeping its gold 100%



People from oil producing areas are really suffering. The last time I traveled from Yenagoa to Brass Island in Bayelsa by boat, I saw what oil spillage has done to many riverine communities.
