That's what they do... sometimes back in 2011, some Nigerians in diaspora wanted to carry out a project in healthcare sector... ministry said they should bring the money.
They didn't need a prophet to tell them what will happen to the funds...

The previous administration was supposed to fix those roads but instead spent funds constructing flyovers at every nook and cranny at the state capital....even at places where a simple traffic light would suffice... funny thing is, you can count the number vehicles plying majority of the flyover in one hand.

In the whole of this mess....Our lawmakers are equally culpable, they have refused to commence proceedings to pass a vote of no confidence on a president who has failed in his primary duties to his citizenry.... even if it doesn't scale through, it will atleast make him sit up.
Perhaps we need to recall all 360 lawmakers in the house of representatives...let's start from there. They are completely detached from agony of the people they are supposed to represent.
