creg777: Hello House Experts,
Trust this meets you well.
I have been found inadmissible from Canada for 5 years in accordance with paragraph 40(1)(a) of the IRPA for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of the IRPA. I am welcome to reapply if i feel that i can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that my situation meets the requirements.
In my study permit application, which i applied for myself, my parent's dont have money, but my strong desire to suceed made me loo for options, so I met a banker that told me that he could have someone move money to my mom's account, so i can submit the bank statement as a proof and sponsor's account. My mom opened an account with a bank and this banker gave me a bank statement which bore my mother's name and account number (which i sent to him) i submitted that for my application. Yes, it was my fault, i should have verified that money was truly sent into the account, i should have gone to the bank to check that money was truly sent in. However, i didnt. i take responsibility for that.
so, i submitted a fake bank account.
Now, i have been ban. and i just found out that i qualify for the Canada express entry with a high score. I need help to remove or appeal for this. @Qudkom @Bracha @Justmellow please advise him. Thank you |

abusmanlouis: Don't pressure this CIC with webform or any message concerning your application, they hate you telling them what to do and how to do their Job. When you pressure them too much when your application deadline has not elapse, they have no option than to press the refusal BUTTON for you. just Ignore them and continue your normal life. Thanks for talking politely, I appreciate you for this youf politeness. No one is doing such. Everyone is patiently waiting. Anyone who doesn't know how to talk shouldn't poke into anyone business. Just read and ignore. |

mrbankyy: Hello Guys,
Summary of my application: Initial submission : June 18th Medicals passed: August 2nd BVl/Correspondence: August 5th Passport request: August 5th (23mins after the correspondence)
In summary, it's all God because I dont even know what I put together except I start reviewing my application, I kept adding and adding different documents, even my mum's change of name lol.
I was worried it was late as I was ready exactly one month before and kept looking for what wasn't missing just because I wanted a "BAM" application. My advice is Just Do It, I'm sure you'll have read some people's list of documents and wondered "Wow Wow Wow" like a siren. But Mehn, no two applications are the same. God knows the end from the beginning
I uploaded my statement of account together with my mum's as I have been working for a while so it makes perfect sense to upload. Land documents were also uploaded, IDs of my parents with three (3) statement of intent (Mine, mum and dad). Our payslips, promotion letters at place of work for the three of us as well. (At this point, the VO would have been confused if the application was Mine, my mum's or my dad's lool.
Then the required documents - passport, offer letter and the likes, I was later called for Medicals which took a while to be uploaded, thanks to Q-life. The process was pretty fast and tensioning. I got the correspondence earlier this morning and wasnt sure what it meant as I have read somethings in that regard, but I was anxious for what was next.
When the main mail arrived, I just paused, relaxed on my chair, smiled, and thanked God.
To be very honest and frank with frankrobbin1, I followed and over-read almost all his comments. Thanks so much. And other comments that helped directly and indirectly from you guys, and kudos to you guys that assist with inquires on here, "you dont know whats going on"...The number of unknown spectators that use your comments ehn, we plenty for here.
Wishing waiting applicants Good luck and Success Which Visa office handled your application? Congratulations dude |

NuelNuelTT: Yes. Let the first page of each placeholder have your list of documents you are submitting so that it will be easier for the VO to follow through. Also, most importantly, let our gurus in the house peruse your application/docs before you submit o. It will end well in Jesus name.
@frankrobbn1, @justmellow, @kcosam, @ayodeji786 and many others. You've spoken well bro. Thank you for giving him/her the right information. However, he or she can post the documents he will be submitting so people can contribute if there is any one missing. All the best |

I will be applying for winter 2020 and the deadline is fast approaching. Pls, My Ogas in the house, Can I proceed in applying for the admission without securing a supervisor first. You advice will be appreciated.. If your department require you secure a supervisor prior to applying, kindly don't apply until you get a prospective supervisor with the department. If you proceed and submit without supervisor, your application will not be process until a supervisor is identify and will eventually lead to refusal of your application. |

JustMellow: My brother my friend, how far your app?
To the bolded, some information are best left coded in private than in public space. Nairaland is amongst the top 5 blog searches in Naija.
My reasons: normally, the research proposal pertaining the full funding or scholarship wasn't suppose to be written by the potential supervisor, but the prospect student. We don't know who's reading
No hostility bro, much love! Thank you very much for the correction bro. Am grateful. However concern my study permit, I'm still waiting for the decision. |

He wasn't having funding but He nominated me for the University of Saskatchewan Graduate Scholarship and I won it. He is the graduate chair of my department tho and he was the one that wrote the research proposal I used for the scholarship nomination. |
