Am filling out the form to know if am eligible to apply for study permit;

...but there's a question that's confusing and when clicked on, doesn't pop out the designated countries;

Please who knows the right answer to the question; its a yes and no answer.

It doesn't matter. Because IRCC as removed all countries from Designated countries. So you can answer whether yes or no. The Designated countries origin (DCO) policy isn't in used again since May 17th, 2019.

Great. I have full funding. Memorial University of Newfoundland. Hopefully this new week, we should get final decision. Have your medical been updated to pass? And have you recieved bvl?

I think it’s high time to send a web form to cic, my medical has been reading without doing medical or gotten a medical request. Someone should send me the link to all the countries handling Nigeria applications.
