End Hunger Now!

Majority of Nigerians are not sure of the direction in which the current administration of Ahmed Bola Tinubu is taking or are we going to say we are currently in a reversed gear situation, or an administration similar military junta!

The hardship has gotten to the peak where Nigerians have to say: End Hunger Now! Declare a state of emergency on Inflation, bring back oil subsidy, Open the borders, reverse electricity tarriff, reduce cost of governance and above all, everyone in the executive and legislative arm of government should declare their assets. Nigerians can't continue to languish in poverty while only few will be siphoning our resources, leave large and still be expecting us to sacrifice. Are we slaves and Who is fooling who?

If Obno Obla can openly expose some fraudulent act of embezzlement to the tunes of billions of dollars and nothing could be done to those individuals involved because they are friends to government, if our budget could be padded by some elements in the national assembly, if billions of naira could be allocated for the presidency and 160million naira vehicles could be given to members of the national assembly, if it can take this administration meetings upon meetings because of workers minimum wage, but cost them minutes when it comes to budget paddling, if Nigerians can't see foodstuffs to buy in Nigeria but can see our trailers transporting our foodstuffs to countries as far as Mali, togo and Burkina faso, then why do our government thinks we should not demand and fight for our fundamental rights to feed, school and get better welfare.

The current APC/PDP led administrations has nothing to offer Nigerians as we have reached the breaking point of voicing out our anger towards this clueless administration.

It's no news that, it is only our ears we do use, to hear figures of billions and trillions of naira/dollars spent each time on one unseen economic project or the other but unfortunately, those monies doesn't reflect in the economy rather those projects are air projects. What name do we call the act of monies in books by legislathieves and executhieves, a demonstration of rogues in government? My answer is typically YES.
This is not a tribe,.religion or ethnic issue, this is typically an economic issue and we need to bring the government to the service of the masses, make them accountable for all our monies spent so far. Enough is enough!

CrimeKOKO ZARIA An Ally To NURTW Chieftain Attacked Actor by ayodelej(op): 10:04am On Jul 01, 2024
A Popular yoruba movie comedy actor and skit maker lawori has been under serious threats and attack by one Ganiyu Oyedepo known as KOKO ZARIA, an NURTW chieftain of Lagos state chapter, during an event anchored by the actor.
As narrated by Baba Lawori: Koko ZARIA and his gang attacked him after been called out from the stage for not recognizing their presence in the gathering.

The actor tendered an unreserved apology to Koko ZARIA and his team just for the actor to escape the brutality of the notorious NURTW chieftain KOKO ZARIA but unfortunately, that wasn't the case as one of his gang eventually broke a MARTELL bottle on the his head which nearly cost LAWORI'S life if not for the quick intervention of people around.

KOKO ZARIA has been notorious around Oshodi and it's environment for a long period and just recently he was alledged of also snatching PORTABLE'S wife during an event last year,This same notorious Koko ZARIA was also alledged of threatening Mr. Macaroni, Falz and Iyabo Ojo for exercising their fundamental rights to vote during the last election in 2023.

Lawori is calling for his safety as this dreaded group led by KOKO ZARIA have threatened to always distrupt any show he anchors and also be dealing with him anywhere he performs.
The actor is also calling on Nigerians, NPF, Civil Society Organizations, and we'll meaning Nigerians to save him and also call for justice as he is still hospitalized from the attack.

Nairaland GeneralNurtw: Alhaji Ibikunle Baruwa Should Be Disregarded As NURTW President by ayodelej(op): 12:04pm On May 15, 2024
Based on a statement circulating on social media, calling out Isa Ore, Alhaji Yasin and M.C Oluomo and condemning Alhaji Yasin on his role so far and the letter of awareness to stop rating Alhaji Ibikunle Baruwa as the president of NURTW.
It's so unfortunate that the crisis caused by the administration led by Ibikunle Baruwa have led many astray as they are consciously, unconscious of the attrocities of Alhaji Ibikunle Baruwa. Baruwa can not be regarded as the president as the case still lies in the appeal court for judicial surgery. The media tigers of Alhaji Ibikunle Baruwa are only looking for public sympathy and it is necessary to use the constitution of: National union of road transport workers NURTW to buttress the point even though the caucus of Alhaji Ibikunle Baruwa are lagging in the constitutional interpretation.
1, the election of Mr Baruwa can not hold as it lacks merits and credibility vis-a-vis as at the time of the so called election, nothing less than 60% of the states in south west were proscribed because of maladministration and corrupt act of Alhaji Ibikunle Baruwa which article 8 section 1 of nurtw mentioned and this is the zone of Alhaji Ibikunle Baruwa.
2, the writers campaigning and condemning the activities of Alhaji Yasin, Isa Ore and co lacks knowledge of what trustee means.... Agba Egbe is what is referred to as trustee and it is glaring in Article 31 section 6(ii) of the constitution, the function of the trustee in times of crisis like this, when there is crisis and misunderstanding in the union.
Without any bad blood, "you can't be a judge in your own case" which doesn't give Alhaji Ibikunle Baruwa the moral right to be asserting himself on everyone. We support the reform and effort of Alhaji Yasin and Issa Ore.....

Baruwa should let the court decide and he he should leave the union alone.

Thank you so much.... You get the logic of this administration of diverting us from major issue of no good, no light, no water, no security, no welfare to one 2014 report.
surgical:
Tinubu just wanted to be doing something, apart from planning and scheming to be president, he had no plans or clue of what to do when he gets there
The reason you see him fully engrossed In enjoying the perks of office while ignoring the duties of the office
The Nigerian constitution states the duties very clearly
The welfare and security of the people shall be the primary responsibility of government

Tinubu has failed woefully in these and no sign he would succeed because no plan as he does not understand the problem and also those not have a capable team

Nairaland GeneralOrosanye's Report: Another Doom Looming In The Labour Sector by ayodelej(op): 9:55am On Feb 29, 2024
"When cat dey sleep, rat go bite im tail. Wetin e dey find?" Stephen Orosanye's committee set up in 2012 by President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan to look into restructuring came out with a certain report, which was never look into when it came out in 2014 as a result of so many factors.

While the minorities sees the report from a big man perspective, the majorities that have been subjected to hell, will subjectively and objectively throw a better analysis to the reports that is tantamount of causing hullabaloo to the nation via rendering so many individuals jobless and putting thousands of families into more economic doom.

it's necessary to flow in line with the outright disagreement of Nigeria Labour Congress with the Federal Government, majority of Nigerians should counter the antics of our government, stopping them from using an indirect way of retrenching mass of workers on the pretence of scrapping or merging agencies and parastatals.

The stand of the government at this point in time, when the economic situation of our country is currently in a negative situation, companies have folded up, others are folding up, based on: IMF/WORLD bank position of naira devaluation is absurd and anti people. While making attempt of implementing Orosanye's report, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu should adjust, readjust and reduce his aides, advisers, ministers, SSA, SA, Political jobbers who gulp billions of our nairas every month without rendering anything meaningful to the society.
The poor masses should not always be at the receiving end of any negative policies of this government as this government have portrayed to be giving the people unnecessary jabs, blows, headbutts right from it's day one.

How does Orosanye's report affect the cost of food materials in the market?

How does Orosanye's report bring naira to a better value?

How does Orosanye's report ends hunger?

How does Orosanye's report ends insecurity?

How does Orosanye's report ends unemployment?

It's very clear that our government always look for flimsy excuses to divert Nigerians from major issues affecting our daily situation and bring about more time to relax while the people ruminate over government unnecessary and irrelevant pronouncement of PBAT government. Government should work on tackling issues affecting nigerians presently which is: #endhunger #endinsecurity and capital NO to implementation of one useless report that will lay off our brothers and sisters.

Stop sounding like the mistake we want to correct. I am not an Igbo, I am a middle belter. I campaigned for and voted Peter Obi but this is where we are right now if we fast forward. We must move past everything in-between. If hunger, hardship and suffering knock, they deliberately do so past ethnicity, religion and region. Let the voice of reason for once run ahead of us. We can't and shouldn't bring any colouration to this now, be it ethnic, religious and regional affiliation because it is an unfortunate position Nigeria has assumed and we must as a call to duty answer to make things right and quickly too. As much as I would love to sit back and scorn at those who made this mistake of superimposing Tinubu on us, posterity won't forgive me because I have a chance to join hundreds of thousands of other sane Nigerians who want to speak in unison through protest against the draconian policies that have all but brought us to our knees.
