This makes it important as a matter of urgency at this critical electoral period to call the attention of the general public, media and security operatives within the length and breadth of our society to a wide media circulation of a video, in which some unscrupulous and anti-progressive elements within the rank and files of Lagos State Parks and garages are forcefully selling campaign stickers of "Tinubu/Shettima 2023" and "Sanwoolu/Hazmat" at the rate of #1000 to operators and commutters in there units and branches to operators and drivers, The chairman (MC Oluomo) is using this medium to dissociate Lagos State Parks and garages (LASPGM) from this dubious acts and we also call our dearest operators and drivers to this as well.

This action is not onlu allien to the chairman (Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya) but also an highly embarrassment to LASPGM and LASPGM is against such actions as this has been causing issues amidst operators/drivers and the bad eggs amidst us.

This act is not only an abberation to the sacrosanct convention and constitution of Lagos State Parks and garages management but also in totality a slap to the entire union. The chairman Alh. Musiliu Akinsanya MC Oluomo in no way have no hand in the act or neither authorised anyone of such malicious and scandalous moves by this Judas Iscariots whatsoever.
The leadership of the union is committed to Asiwaju/Shettima 2023 agenda, Sanwoolu Hazmat continuity, the progress of Lagos State and the welfare of operators and commutters without any act of betrayal, but the elements going about with sales of stickers are not only defaming the integrity of our union but also trying to cause division within the union.

The chairman and his executives frowned at such moves by the enemy of the state, and this perpetrators will be subjected to the appropriate punishment according to the law of our dearest union.


Anyone or group of people caught with sales of such embarrassing stickers or banners should be apprehended and he/she should be handed over to the police for forgery, impersonation, defamation and furthermore, the attention of the chairman should be called if any assistance is needed on this particular issue.

While we respect the position of the party and the party leaders in the state, it will equally be interesting to call the attention of all party stakeholders across the nation into the brutal and ungodly action of Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa( speaker of Lagos state assembly) who is adamant and on the verge of making impositions, manipulate, forge and replace the rightful elected individuals into HOA and HOR with candidates which are not sellable and acceptable to the party faithfuls in our dear state.



This action of Mudashiru Obasa is tantamount to: defections by faithful members into another party who sees their electoral rights as been disenfranchised by the devilish and selfish act of Rt. Hon. Obasa who sees himself as an emperor of impositions. The action of this man can totally affect the good works of our amiable Governor, His excellency Babajide Sanwoolu and Alhaji Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Who have taken there precious years to build our party into what it is today right from the days of Alliance for Democracy in 1998 into All progressive congress in 2022. We will not and never fold our arms or seal our lips and let a whole 24 years get wasted due to unholy interest of Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa.
This is the 6th time of Obasa in the State Assembly and running for the second term under our good governor HE Babajide Sanwoolu. This doesn’t mean he is the most qualified candidate in his constituency, but to let his mandate move on and due to this: Rt. Hon Mudashiru Obasa shouldn’t dare create a castle in the air for his ungodly and greedy political individuals who are hell bent of taking other people's mandate. and this position of the speaker might lead to several unrest in the party and the state as a whole if not checked
We call on all asunders in the party, the president, the national chairman and excos, Lagos state chairman and excos, to call the Lagos state speaker into order and let the will of the party faithful come to stay.
The era of Obasaism should be ended and party members should have a sense of choice and belonging in making a progressive decision.

Before anyone should start to spill out positions on the imbroglio on ground and the reason behind the decision of Lagos state council in making and taking such decision, we need to constructively analyse the issue on ground.
The Lagos state nurtw is made up of: tooan, moals and motors but what brought about the brouhaha is the recent proclamation of Alh. Abiola Azeez as the state chairman which in any way never happened in Lagos and no election was conducted and members of TOOAN were not carried along if the election itself ever holds and this is even undemocratic and an infringement on the fundamental human right of the members.

What has been transpiring between Alh. Baruwa( national president) and Alh. Abiola Azeez is more of frauds and fraudulent activities by siphoning the members of TOOAN zone c and bettering the life of Alh. Baruwa.

Pulling out nurtw by Lagos state is even better as the millions used to service the national headquarters will be used to even relief lagosians from serious transportation price.
Lagos is the state that funds the activities of nurtw in Nigeria and if you don't believed you can request for the state monthly dues

The issue of 19 units and 7 units as mentioned by Kunle Poly is arithmetical and, ‘WHAT IS GOOD FOR THE GOOSE IS ALSO GOOD FOR THE GANDER’ and what he realizes every day in the units he mentioned in his press should be revealed by him to the world, the illegal tax and tokens he collect from the masses in lagos island which resulted into the crisis should also be made known to the world. The other units were shared among other rivalry groups so as to minimize the crisis in lagos island. Kunle poly didn’t tell Nigerians his role of fueling the Lagos island crisis before jetting out of Lagos so as not to be seen as an actor in the game.

ARTICLE 42 SECTION 4 SUBSECTION VIII openly nullified Kunle poly from being a branch chairman because he had served more than two terms in the office which is totally an aberration to the sacrosanct constitution of NATIONAL UNION OF ROAD TRANSPORT WORKERS but pleadings against witch hunting and calls for reconciliation from various quarters was a factor in re-electing Kunle poly into one of the branches mentioned in his press and also to accommodate some of the warring factions into other branches so as to give space for peace and harmony in Lagos island.

Nigerians shouldn’t be bamboozled by Kunle poly’s sentiments of buying peoples sympathy, where there is none as this is more of political gimmicks to tarnish the image and personality of Alhaji Akinsanya Musiliu (M.C Oluomo). So many assassination attempts and attacks were launched in 2019 which nearly cost the life of M.C Oluomo by Kunle Poly and his gangs of thugs but after the emergence of MC OLUOMO, there was never in any way a reprisal attack whatsoever but instead they were all incorporated in the affairs and administration of NURTW lagos chapter which a man of conscience and dignity would have done.
