Here is something to do, get Ghana black soap, soak it in warm water overnight, a wrap is 400, add 3spoons of turmeric and neem powder to it, add 2teaspoon of lemon juice. Mix everything together, apply the soap on your face, let it dry, then wash off with water. You can also get Clincap tube cream, it's specially made for pimples.
