BusinessRe: Please How Do I Receive Money From Abroad? by Ayojideonline(m): 12:30pm On Feb 23, 2022
ThatWriterBoy:
I took the work off of Upwork. But from the second option, does that mean they can send the money direct to my account, even if it will invoke charges?
Yes. If your registered account name on upwork matches that of the bank account you are using. A dorm account account via wire transfer or payoneer will simply solve your challenge. All the best.
BusinessRe: Please How Do I Receive Money From Abroad? by Ayojideonline(m): 12:04pm On Feb 23, 2022
404Dev:
Never agree to take any work off upwork again, there are scammers out there who would take advantage of you. The world is a big scary jungle.

As per the payments you can use either of the following

-Payoneer
-Create a payment page in flutter wave and send them the link (you can set the currency in usd)
- A domiciliary account if you have or can get access to.
The above is a good solution or simply put ...Google is your friend for solutions. This is how upwork also puts it ....
Select How You Get Paid
To make it easy for you to access your money, we offer a number of choices for withdrawing your funds. You can withdraw directly to your bank account with the following payment methods:

Direct to U.S. Bank (ACH) — Free
Direct to Local Bank (outside of U.S.) — $0.99 per transfer
U.S. Dollar Wire Transfer — $30 per transfer
Instant Pay for U.S. Freelancers — $2.00 per transfer
We also work with the following third-party payment vendors:

PayPal
Payoneer (outside the U.S.)
M-Pesa (Kenya only)
The availability of payment methods varies by country, and some banks may charge incoming fees additional to those listed above. Your available options will display when you add a payment method. Consider comparing costs and access options in your country before selecting a method.

Note:
If you are withdrawing directly to your bank account, the beneficiary name on your bank account must match your verified name on Upwork. Exceptions may be made for transgender users and common name changes, i.e., Robert to Bob. If your payment method was flagged for a name mismatch, please contact our support team to resolve the issue or add a new payment method. All the best.
FamilyRe: Marry From Your Tribe: You Will Be Saved From Lots Of Headache by Ayojideonline(m): 10:02am On Feb 07, 2022
Naijabad:
I know alot of people will come for my head for this thread.

But the truth is, if you are a Nigerian, please marry from your tribe. You will be fine.

A lot of women and men are crying in secret today because they married outside their tribe.

Please, consider the words of your parents, do not make the mistake of marrying outside your tribe.
It almost always end in premium tears.

Learn from what happened to others. Ask questions, do research, you can find love among your people and folks.

I have seen alot. A greater percentage of inter tribal marriage is on manage mode.

Finally, 50% of marital problems are solved when you marry within your tribe.
You are on point .....but as life is, there are always exceptions. Thanks for sharing.

Let me correct one mentality that has permeated all over social media. That it's poverty and lack that makes most people do yahoo.

That is a lie. I've seen children of successful and rich men and women dive into this nonsense because they wanted to be independent from their parents. it's a known fact that hard drugs and other vices including cultism is very rampart among the children of the rich.

so many things my dear. I'm a weirdo and a loner– I don't have much friends and I don't wish to.
I see life very differently from how other people see it, which makes me question whether I was supposed to be born here in this God forsaken shithole at all.
I hate everything about here. And I'll definitely leave to find a life somewhere else.. with you probably kiss
You are not alone. But there are better ways to handle this.......Buzz your motivation, continue to strive towards changing your status quo for good and forever!...The only thing that is constant is change ...make it in the right direction!

For O.P.: Confidence is a thing of the mind ......no one can take it from you, whether you have something to show for it or not....But EXPERIENCE BUILDS IT! Your hard work is already confidence, stay with it. You don't need the approval of anyone whether they believe you or NOT!

Webmasters4 Fundamental Steps Of Starting Any Online Business by Ayojideonline(op):
he fundamental step-by-step process of starting any of the online business is largely the same.

1. Validate your idea. You always want to test your business ideas before you start spending anything on it yet. Make sure there is a real market need before you invest more money and time in it, this helps you to mitigate many unnecessary risks and stresses.

2. Develop your position and offerings. 90% of the elements that make or break your business come down to your positioning and offering.
To make sure you get them right, spend a great deal of time studying your audience and focusing on solving a problem for them. This means you want to have the great product that solves the right problem at the right time.

3. Create a marketing system. A marketing system is simply a process to put yourself in front of more of the right people when you get your positioning and offering right. Thing gets clear when you start adopting this perspective.

4. Test and optimize. A strategy, a funnel, or a system won’t work forever. Get creative and keep testing things out. Look for areas that generate the greatest impact on your goals while requiring the least investment of resources; these are the best places for you to start optimizing.

There is no clear path to how you should start an online business. The strategies that work for me will most probably not work for you. And most of the tactics will become irrelevant very soon when being abused by marketers.

So, instead of giving the specific steps to start a business, these are the principles you can use to start and grow your business for decades to come. Have a nice day.

Career10 Ways To Personally Develop Your Potentials by Ayojideonline(op): 8:42am On Feb 04, 2022
1. Remain flexible. As long as you keep focusing on your strengths and potential, the right thing will come along - and probably sooner rather than later. But don't quit at the first sign of boredom. Even if you have truly found your niche, you will not feel enthusiastic 100 percent of the time.

2. Don't worry about others - don't compare your progress with that of others. No matter how successful you are, there will be someone else who, to you, looks like she's got it made - who looks like she's getting where you want to go faster and easier than you are. Maybe she is. Maybe she isn't. Who cares?

3. Focus on your own achievements. Work to develop your skills and talents to their full potential.

4. Compete with yourself - your short term goals should be based on today's accomplishments. If you have reached Point A today, make Point B your next objective - improve yourself and don't worry about the other guy. OK. You have decided what your ultimate goal is. Make sure it is a definitely defined goal. "Someday I want to be famous" just won't cut it.

5. Define exactly what you want to do. Define a reasonable time frame. Know what you have to do to get there. You don't need to know every little detail, but you do have to have the big picture and many of the details. If you have a goal in mind but don't know what it takes to reach it, then you need to find out.

Do some reading, talk to people who know, ask questions and LISTEN to the answers. Think that sounds like a lot of work? Well, remember what you are preparing for - your success and happiness. Surely you want to put a little effort into that! Anyway, a little research into what it will take for you to reach your goals isn't too difficult.

6. Train yourself into making this "research" the next focus of your life. You will be focusing on your strengths, on your purpose, and on learning and doing. If you have chosen a goal that is right for you, focusing on these things and devoting the necessary time should not be too difficult.

It may take a bit of self-discipline at first, but your determination and interest will carry you through until the focusing process becomes a habit. When you have a real desire to accomplish something, initiative should only require an occasional shove - but you may need to give it a nudge now and again.

7. Get into the habit of visualizing your success. Now sitting around and day dreaming in generalizations about it is not what we mean.

8. You need to visualize specifics. To return to the basketball example, daydreaming about being carried off the court on your teammates' shoulders is just daydreaming. Picturing in your mind how you will work a play if your opponent makes a particular move, picturing your exact response to it, is visualizing specifics. If you run through specific moves in your mind, you will be prepared when the need for those moves arises.

9. Don't be afraid to use your imagination to visualize new and better ways to accomplish things, as well. Here in your mind, you can try doing things in ways that are different from the usual. This is a creative process - you may have heard of creative thinking.

Training yourself to think creatively is largely learning to let your imagination work on methods that are different from the "way things have always been done." It's breaking away from the idea that a thing can be done effectively in only one way. It's looking at a problem from all angles. Just play a game of "what if."

10. Ask yourself, "What if I did this thing this way?" It's OK to get a little crazy sometimes, Then Fix up!.
But, you must also spend some of your thinking time at specific visualizations of the moves you need to make to accomplish your goals.Visualizations are important but actual physical practice of your skills is important, too.

Practice the boring little skills that are necessary as well as the skills that you enjoy. Don't let yourself rely on just the things that come naturally and easy to you. Develop your limited potentials as well as those that you feel are your assets. Have a wonderful day.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: How Much Can A Person Earn From Youtube With 1k Subscribers? by Ayojideonline(m): 9:08pm On Jan 08, 2022
The number of subscribers does not count much, it's the views of the content that actually matters a this is what gives the exposure for adverts while watching the videos, it's the adverts that earn you money. The more the views of the content the more money you can make from adverts, not all viewers of your contents have to be your subscriber.

Happy new year everyone, this year is for focus and financial breakthrough. Hustle right and legally. Success sometimes are little victories, like being able to pay of debts, clear bills and give out widow's mite.
And while going about your hustle, beware of these scams.
On telegram: all those unsolicited investment groups that strange people add you to, don't mind the testimonial. They're are not authentic and planned out. I have some screen shots below

On WhatsApp: some wannabes telling you to give them a certain percentage after telling you a secret. (If you're one of them, repent).Scam!
Or those people coming into your DM apologising for barging in your DM and then telling you they are upcoming artistes and they do giveaway. Don't save there numbers, the testimonies they post on their status are fake and just to attract you.

Jobs with no specifications and location, only numbers... You may need a job badly, still don't fall for it.

Lastly, don't attend all those online classes with promises of earning unbelievable amounts within an unbelievable time frame. If you are interested in any niche and want to learn, know that progress with start ups can be slow. Don't pay too much to learn what you won't be using in the long run. Invest it instead or dash me sef grin

I come in peace ooo
The level of greed is very high, that is why some people fall for glaring scams without doing proper findings. Thanks for sharing!
