it's true... going by the topics you've previously created, you behave like a child.. like the poster above me said, you don't respect yourself... you're 32, and you lack self-respect, people won't respect you... wetin you dey relate with 19 years old for when she's not your daughter, family or wife to the point of telling her about yourself? nawa oo, shey na loneliness or boredom?

now this is what you have to do,

1) always say less...
2) mind your business
3) avoid gossiping
4) never tolerate disrespect
5) care less about what people think about you, people will always talk anyway
6) respect yourself
7) think before you act
8 ) be bold and courageous
9) own your style
10) do not be seen mingling with fools or immature people
11) keep your life private
Excellent suggestions.

TravelRe: Nigerian UK Residents Should Relocate To Immigration Friendly Canada by Ayojideonline(m): 11:31am On May 28, 2023
Canada might be immigration friendly, but still have standard immigration procedures that has hardly failed them. If one is not beneficial and safe or not a threat to their system, they won't let you in.

bolicks:
Over the years I have observed Canada changing their immigration policies to more a more family friendly and less hassles route . With the current UK policy to ban Nigerian families coming to the UK I humbly ask the question! what are you still doing there? Truth be told , the one obvious reason many go to the United Kingdom’s is that it’s a lot nearer to Nigeria but na nearer you go chop? Life is much more difficult in the UK, rent , taxes among many other things. Families struggle. The educational system is more theoretical than practical just like the country we left behind. Unlike the Asian Tigers, Even German system is a lot better and practical oriented . Same with the Netherlands , they have shown better education and vocational empowered students than the Uk. I may be wrong but I have travelled these countries and have seen it with my own Korokoro eyes. So why are you just there still suffering? Surely, Nigeria may not be the best option. But then, After God, The family, the next succour that keeps you going and the UK government is saying NO. Then ask yourselves why stay? Yes, The one good reason Nigerians immigrate is for the good life, not for self but for families too. Unlike people like Emdee T. who stays for only self. Guess what, Most Nigerian families still return back to Nigeria despite numerous plea from friends and families. Many Nigerians also immigrate because of conditions politicians and powers that be put us in the country. Insecurity, difficulty of doing business, lack power to run businesses and industries among mountains of issues . Good and visionary politicians can resolve these anomalies in a click if we are able to get them in. Many of the best doctors , Engineers, scientists and other professionals you still find in this same UK are Nigerians or are of Nigerian descent. If only we can be blessed with a visionary led governance in Nigeria, the population that will return back to Nigeria from the diaspora will trigger and shake the foundations of Europe and the Americas. Oyibos know this. So, I urge families in Uk to check and weigh their options and relocate possibly to Canada or a more family friendly country . Family is all for me!!! You take care of you and take care of family and then u take care of good friends. We commend and acknowledge Canada for this move and not going the way of the Big Brother . Canada followed the way of Family, compassion and humanity. Bravo to Canada!!!!
HealthWhat Is Diabetes Disease And Its Treatment by Ayojideonline(op): 10:35am On May 28, 2023
Diabetes is a chronic condition characterized by high levels of sugar (glucose) in the blood. The hormone insulin, produced by the pancreas, helps regulate blood sugar levels by allowing cells to absorb and use glucose for energy.

In individuals with diabetes, the body either does not produce enough insulin or does not use insulin effectively, leading to elevated blood sugar levels.

There are two main types of diabetes:

Type 1 Diabetes - an autoimmune disease where the body's immune system destroys insulin-producing cells in the pancreas. It usually develops in childhood or adolescence and requires regular insulin injections to manage blood sugar levels.

Type 2 Diabetes - the most common form of diabetes, often caused by a combination of lifestyle factors (such as lack of physical activity and unhealthy diet) and genetic predisposition. It is characterized by the body's inability to effectively use insulin (insulin resistance) and an inability of the pancreas to produce enough insulin to compensate.

Symptoms of diabetes include increased thirst, frequent urination, blurred vision, slow-healing wounds, and fatigue. Long-term complications can include heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, nerve damage, and blindness.

Diagnosis is made through blood tests that measure blood glucose levels. Management of diabetes involves maintaining a healthy lifestyle (including regular physical activity, balanced diet, and weight management) and medications (such as insulin injections or oral hypoglycemic agents).

Regular monitoring of blood glucose levels and visits to a healthcare provider are also essential for managing the condition.

Prevention of type 2 diabetes includes maintaining a healthy lifestyle, monitoring and managing risk factors (such as obesity and high blood pressure), and regular screening for those at high risk.

There is currently no known cure for diabetes, but with proper management and care, it can be effectively controlled and individuals can lead a full and healthy life.

Diabetes is a serious and widespread disease that affects millions of individuals worldwide. It is important for individuals to be aware of the risk factors and to seek prompt medical attention if they experience symptoms.

Proper management and lifestyle changes can help prevent or delay the onset of diabetes and its related complications, allowing individuals to live a long and healthy life.

Treatment for diabetes typically involves:

1. Lifestyle changes: healthy eating, regular exercise, and weight management.

2. Medications: insulin or oral drugs to regulate blood sugar levels.

3. Monitoring: regular blood sugar testing and monitoring for potential complications.

4. Prevention: maintaining good foot care and regular check-ups with a healthcare provider to prevent or delay complications.

The specific treatment plan depends on the type of diabetes and individual patient needs and goals.

Could diabetes at any point be relieved?

As of now, there is no remedy for diabetes. Notwithstanding, the condition can be overseen successfully with appropriate treatment, which can help forestall or defer intricacies and work on personal satisfaction.

For type 1 diabetes, deep rooted insulin treatment is expected to supplant the insulin that the body can't create. Notwithstanding insulin, appropriate nourishment, standard active work, and observing glucose levels are significant parts of diabetes the executives.

For type 2 diabetes, treatment might incorporate way of life changes like a sound eating routine, standard activity, and weight reduction, as well as oral meds or insulin treatment depending on the situation to control glucose levels.

At times, weight reduction and way of life changes might prompt abatement of type 2 diabetes, where glucose levels get back to business as usual without the requirement for medicine. In any case, it's essential to take note of that this isn't a fix, and continuous administration is as yet important to forestall backslide.

Research is continuous to foster new medicines and possibly even a solution for diabetes, yet for the present, dealing with the condition with proper treatment is the best way to deal with forestalling entanglements and working on personal satisfaction.

Business4 Ways To Know If A Product Will Sell by Ayojideonline(op): 10:29am On May 28, 2023
Yes, it can certainly be intimidating to make the decision to create an information product that you’re not sure will sell.

Fortunately, market research can prevent this from happening. As a business owner it’s important that you take advantage of market research, and be willing to invest your time, and possibly money, into doing it right.

It’s the perfect way for you to learn about your customers and understand what they buy and why.

The flip side is that if you don’t do market research, your may waste your time and financial resources on something that could have been avoided.

As far as the cost that is associated with market research, it really depends on what type of research you plan to do in order to answer the questions that you have.

So it can be as inexpensive or as costly as you need it to be.

1. Surveys: This a widely used form of conducting market research for online products

because it is inexpensive (or free), and it can be sent out to your customers through email.

If you opt to do a survey, make sure you keep the questions simple and don’t list more than 10 questions.

Otherwise, you run the risk of overwhelming them and taking up too much of their time.

By keeping it short and sweet, your response rate is likely to be much better.

2. Online Research: By using a keyword research tool like wordtracker.com, you can find out how many people are looking for information on your topic.

So if you were to type in “silk floral arrangements,” it will tell you exactly how many people are typing that keyword into the search engines.

If a lot of people are looking for information on your topic, then it may be worth creating an information product based on it.

3. Experiment: Test your information product by giving out freebies.

You can do this in the form of a free small report or e-course to test the waters before you create a large information product on your topic.

Doing so will give you an idea of how many people are downloading your report or signing up for your free e-course.

If it turns out to be wildly popular, then an in-depth information product will likely prove to be just as successful.

4. Tracking: Software programs can tell you where your customers are going on your website, what they are doing, what they buy, and how long they stay.

One way to use this method is to set up a category on your site with some information on your topic, and use your software program to find out how many people are going to that section and how long they are staying there. It will give you an idea of how much of your traffic is interested in that topic.

If the average Nigerian girl isn't directly benefiting things like money, connections, favours...etc. from you, she'll naturally loose interest in whatever kind of friendship you claim to have with her.

It's almost impossible to have a casual female friend in Nigeria today. Their friendship isn't free, it comes with a price tag. Sooner or later, she must need a favour.

EducationRe: The 10 Worst Courses To Study In Nigeria by Ayojideonline(m): 6:13am On May 24, 2023
YhungDhanny:
There are numerous factors to consider before selecting a university course of study.
The first question is if you enjoy the subject enough to devote at least four years to it. The second and most significant factor is the course’s marketability. To be marketable, a course must have a market value outside of the university setting. This does not imply that the course is pointless; rather, it implies that the course does not pay in the context in which you find yourself. This leads us to the worst courses available in Nigeria. This category includes courses from the arts and sciences departments.

The Nigerian environment restricts the range of degrees available at universities. This is not to say that they do not offer any other international courses. It does, however, imply that certain disciplines studied in Nigerian colleges cannot be completely practised in Nigeria. They are the worst courses since they do not bring in enough money and are not valued in Nigeria. They may be quite valuable in other nations, but not in Nigeria.

You can as well check out if your course is among

There is no worse course to study in Nigeria, Just have connections. Simply skill up, possibly have good grade in whatever you study and go use your connections. End of story.

brutustech:
On 26th May
Supreme Court Justices that will determine Tinubu's fate on D-Day 26th May.

✅Hon Justice Iyang Okoro.
✅Hon Justice Amina Augie.
✅Hon Justice Helen Ogunwumiju
✅Hon Justice Adamu Jauro
✅Hon Justice Emmanuel Agim

Justice Iyang Okoro who is the lead Justice and Amina Adamu Augie were among the justices that fired David Lyon of Bayelsa state on the 13th of February 2020 over his deputy submitting fraudulent info to INEC.

The same Amina Adamu Augie of the Supreme Court in a lead judgment in 2019 upheld the decision of the Court of Appeal and voided the candidature of Uche Nwosu as governorship flag bearer of the Action Alliance (AA) in the 2019 general elections in Imo, over double nomination.

The judgment followed a suit filed by the Ikenga Ugochinyere-led led Action Peoples Party, (APP). The judgment. was concurred by the Presiding Justice RhodesVivour, Justices Mary Peter- Odili, and Ejimbi Eko and C.C Nweze.
Nothing to determine. It's determined already. This is Nigeria.
RomanceRe: Neighbor Watch As Husband And Wife Fight Each Other Fiercely by Ayojideonline(m): 6:04am On May 24, 2023
leroi01:
Op is naive.

Why on earth should the neighbour "help" ?

Does he know why they are engaged in fisticuffs?

You want him roped him?

You prefer that the man accuses him of "interest" in the woman?

You want him to be collateral damage? Maybe get slapped, punched or stabbed?

Keep your nose out of other people's business. Particularly , a "couples" business. Especially in a dwelling like this.
Exactly. This is the best response when you see issues like this between Husband and Wife. You may only intervene temporarily and in a very minor way, if those involved are your very close family. Aside that, please stay very distant away from such quarrels.
