The real enemy of marrying early in our country is often our cultural tradition that places so many bottlenecks around getting married and the second is Academic Education and the third is Economy which isn't really the main issue but the source of fear. my reason for the advice is because she seems to be the religious type so I can't tell her to do something different from what she is used to but in that instance why don't you find yourself into systems that force you to grow and not one that focus on survival. There are churches that being in the system will force her to be better because she will meet lots of persons who are high flyers in their career space who will challenge her both in her to be better both in her religious life and in her career life, being in their circle can give her access to learning secrets she never anticipated
