I want to know if it will be necessary for me to learn like kind of apprenticeship or start small to test waters.

Don't rely on it alone, before you leave your job, start the business using social media, register with at least a logistics firm, form a team and get started, especially sales and marketing

I designed a site for a client and with her approval, it went live. Twice, she has requested for modifications which I obliged. However, after the site went live again, she sent a video she wanted embedded into the site and this time I insisted that she has to make some payment for that since site maintenance was not part of our earlier arrangement. Don't let anyone discourage you, what you need is not the 1 million naira, it is the audacity and believe that you will be great there. Pray and get directions and favour. Go there believing you are there to grow, make impacts and prosper. Your journey might start from the outskirts like Ikorodu, Epe, Sango Ota among others but you can move into the centre to pursue industry. Its not bad if your house rent is 50k to 100k just start and grow. Create a plan to save, and set a target for great prosperity. Find a good religious community that can fuel your growth

They rarely pick African tech startups, maybe it's a minority thing or something, the prominent one was paystack that did YC I think in 2016. YC are mostly focused on AI startups and Saas and AI agents and those hype especially those in Silicon Valley and San Fransisco. What's your take on this? Any tech startup accelerators in Nigeria?

After building ChatNaija, a Nigerian AI chatbot on android, I recently completed the cycle and also built an iOS version with Swift. Launching it on the app store would require a developer account of $99 which I'm still debating or maybe I should test flight which still requires an apple developer account? This isn't like android studio where I can just generate an APK and side load it. Does anyone knows how to distribute the app without going through the app store? What do you think?
