Dangote didn't increase the price of his cement. d dealers are responsible for d price hike because the demand for cement is very high.
Try other cement brands like lafarge, unicem or BUA, their prices are high as well.

We have unicem, elephant (lafarge), BUA, Sokoto cement. That's 4 competitors and guess wat their prices are high as well.
