i quite agree with you. Pipelines passs alot thru the entire ipaja region. Even mosan.

I heard rumors when i was in pry school that my proprietress siphoned from a pipe she met when digging a well for boarding students. She became wealthy from the oil and not our tuition fees.

I dont like the roads. Gowon estate was built well(their drainage system is still one of the oldest and kudos to the contractor involved. At least it took 30yrs+ b4 some began to give way)

i think the FG should replicate the pattern of Gowon Estate cos the issue for delay is just these pipelines passing thru. That way they can still access whatever they want to access. PHCN were just used to fufill bad plans. All these wahala cos of pipelines!!!

yea FG is not fair to Lagos state govt at all on the pipeline road,the used the two agency to hatch their evil plan just to frustrate state govt and ridicule them in the eyes of the residents to paint them bad and for political reason,infact NNPC was charging 300million from LASG before they could allow then to dig the drainage around gate for a drainage not up to 40meter.

the problem was caused by FG,NNPC and PHCN.....and fashola 've to plead to settle the case out of court,NNPC received an injunction to stop the construction of the road for over 3yrs,and phcn for along time refused to relocate their high tension just to frustrate the LAGOS STATE GOVT ...we 've an apartment around the area reason I'm giving u the insider information devoid of political sentiment!

people In port Harcourt didn't need a penny to turn owned ur abandoned properties, samething in kano,maiduguri and by the time govt create a policies to transfer ur dominated areas like tradefair, ladipo and the likes to Chinese for management and imposed heavy tax and others to frustrate you out of business and favour Chinese importers and companies, nobody will tell u to relocate and that u are not wanted!
