redsun: If it is not biological, why am i not gay?Or why are you not?Why do you persistently run after bytches that reap you off, while men like you run after guys that makes their world?

It is a strange world and we should learn to accept that we are all the different people,go after our enemies like the the paedophile politicians in nigeria and learn those who come in peace live in peace irrespective of their sexual or social orientations.
it is NOT biological; if one is biologically wired as male or female with all the identity equipments, the NATURALLY BIOLOGICAL thing is to look for the natural complement- man to womanand woman to man; don't ever get it all convoluted.

those homosexuals really have some very fundamental works twisted and they need a psyche and spiritual overhaul not death sentence.

Elai147: Some banks are usually very slow in crediting investors account. My last roll over was effected last month June 26, and I only received my interest on July 15 after so much complaints to Firstcontact. You have to keep disturbing them to credit your interest in your account.
my bank debits my account the net amount only , effectively leaving over the applicable interest figure. ie assuming the bid amt is N10 and the applicable int is N2, they'll debit my account N8 and on maturity credit my account N10. i tot that was general practice; didn't know one needs to stress for the interest like this.
FamilyRe: Can I Stop My Wife From Wearing Trousers by ayztech(f): 1:28am On Jul 18, 2013
filcast: hello nairalanders,.
I need to advise a friend urgently. He has been married to his wife for about 1 year and recenty requested the wife to stop wearing trouser, except for sport activitiess. His reason is that both their families belong to religious faiths that view a female wearing trouser as immoral. This request however has not gone down well with the wife as become unhappy and bitter.she faulted the husband for not raising the issue during courtship as she is already used to wearing trousers. Pls advise this young man on how to handle this to save the union some stress.Does my friend have the right to demand this of his wife.
1. Ops is rather immature - married for one full year and just bringing up trouser issue?? he just woke up? no,he's not said the real reason.
2hanging it on their families' religious beliefs and not even his own belief? who's doing the marrying here pls?
3 she can wear same trousers for sports! maybe God will close His eyes that sporting period so He won't be offended?
4 people MUST really study and understand this BIBLE for themselves not just running off with every wind of teaching...that Deuteronomy verse people are touting NEVER mentioned trousers but said ...woman shld not wear what PERTAINETH to a man and VICEVERSA... i guess if trousers pertain to men, gowns pertain to women; how come JESUS himself then wore gowns? Why is it all always about womenhuh

I agree to an extent. Yes, there are "peeps" looking to liquidate every now and again - to have a better chance of finding such people, you need to be with a bank or broker with a sizable client base. Regarding interests being less, the thing you should remember is that interest rates fluctuates and depending on a number of factors, (e.g. whether you are a buyer or seller, the direction of rates between the primary and secondary transactions, how desperate the you are to enter or exit, etc) you may gain or lose (a little). The point I was just making to you was that TBills are liquid and you won't necessarily be locked in or have to go for exhorbitant loans if you need your capital prior to maturity of your TBill investment.
i got all that sir, thanks
InvestmentRe: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by ayztech(f): 8:56pm On Jul 11, 2013
Seun is right but I am not sure if that is the best route. It is certainly not the only route.

As far as I know, TBills are liquid. You can buy/sell on the secondary market as well, not just at auctions. I dont know how this works with banks (I dont invest through banks, rather I use a fixed securities investment house) but in general it is possible.

If you invested at say 13% for 365 days (12 months) and interest was paid upfront, then say after 4 months you need cash, you can sell at .....lients (or their own holdings sef) via the secondary market, if you see what I mean. But hey, who am I to complain?

Note p/a = per annum.

X!
Many thanks X-2-X, I truly appreciate. I'll call my account officer tomorrow maybe he can salvage.
By this secondary market scene, i'm guessing there will always be peeps in my kinda situation that might want to offload with their securities having varied periods like 20,26,29 days, 1 month etc meaning i can even be buying from the sec mkt for such periods as it suits my financial plans better though obviously it fetches less interest as it were, abi?
InvestmentRe: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by ayztech(f): 2:20pm On Jul 11, 2013
eeeooooo!!! this is trouble for me ooo..
Thanks Seun but bank loan rates and charges are always much higher than these TB int rates and it wont favour me at all.
Pls do you know why they don't have for 30 days or less instead of the regular 90,180,360 bands?
InvestmentRe: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by ayztech(f): 1:14pm On Jul 11, 2013
please if after buying these bills and one needs the money before the maturity date to meet needs, how does one go about that seeing the interest is paid upfront?
