From what I read on this course website, you have to be present in Germany to take the entrance test..

Most times, Jena look at what u studied in your undergraduate and what u are advancing to study in your masters. They give more priority to same subjects . for example, BSc Biochemistry and MSc. Biochemistry. Got admitted 1week after my document was sent to admission committee. Although I applied for two Masters in same Jena. Uptil date I am yet to hear from the other department of Microbiology.

What is your GP on German scale? And what is special about your application.. I mean like publication or award?

Also, is your BSc degree from a foreign university or Nigeria? If Nigeria, which school?

I have been to the city but I dont study there.

I hope u have basic german skills to hussle jobs.

The city semester ticket cant go far and without german language...no job at all in that school axis.

If you dont plan to work while studying, then its Ok.

Praise God. Got admitted to JLU Giessen for Agrobiotech. Bio/Bioscience ppl with fine grades still on application phase give a shot.


For the visa requirement - NPC birth cert or Declaration of age by head of family, will only "Declaration of Age" be sufficient? I was born 1993.

Is there anybody currently studying at Koblenz-Landau University? Environmental science to b specific.. Uniassist just forwarded my documents to the school for further review. I need to know how long it takes them to reply and the success rate.

German is not a requirement for the course we are doing. It is purely in English and I also have IELTS

I didn’t submit my documents rather I was asked to print the application form, sign it and upload it for them. I even mailed them to be sure am not sending any hard copy to them and they replied NO. My application status pic is this

From what I read, German knowledge is required.. Do you understand German? Or there is something I missed?

Its kinda funny when I come across prices people pay all in the name of certification.. Thank God am in Ogun State.. I paid #25 each per copy.. making #200 for 8 copies.. I hope all Federal High Court in every state would be like this

If your wrote your exam in Lagos, you must go to British Council at Ikoyi-Lagos to pick it up.... If you wrote in other centre, wait, it will be delivered to you... But if you are presently around Lagos or you are impatient to wait, you can also pick it at British Council if It has not been posted.

You must go with your passport

Send a mail to them. They will tell you to detail on how your documents ought to be certified. They rejected mine as well, I sent them a mail and they told me the documents to certify ,and also made it clear that text stamp is not sufficient for such proof. I have sent them another set of my documents, WELL STAMPED with the notary public EMBLEM . they have acknowledge it.

Got two rejections from Uni. Munster cuz of lack of programming skills and also for Uni. Bayreuth cuz I didn't do chemistry in my first degree.

Yes, I have admission for Uni. Freiberg and I am still expecting from 2 other schools.

My dashboard was updated "ok" for formal requirements, but it doesn't mean that's automatic admission. It only means the required documents have been rightly uploaded. I got a mail saying 2 modules were not on my transcript, therefore no admission.

I mean under "status" ... I sent you a mail, please reply.

Thanks. My application was rejected for hbrs, I didn't do some of the modules in my first degree. Someone with a microbiology background doesn't stand a chance...cos the rejection was solely based on the lack of the '2' modules.
Reason why I'm trying to find out the programs that could easily admit someone with my background.

For winter application?
