The enugu airport conversion is not a major project that a federal government would call an achievement. Building an international airport might have been manageable not changing the status of a local airport to international.

How do you then try a man for non declaration of assets that have not been verified? (whether what he declared is his or whether he has property which he did not declare in the forms)
