Please I registered for for my sister but after submitting the application, her reference number came out like this:

NPS///649******

The state of origin didn't appear in the reference like those have seen here like NPS/OYO/

Voters Card number was used as she doesn't have NIN.

PLEASE who has experience something like this using voter card to register? Because am thinking it's because we use voter card.
Please can reference number like this NPS///649******

My advice to you is that, your sistersister should go and do her National I'd card. If I can clearly remember in the cause of my registration there is nowhere it was stated that "Voters card" can replace "National ID card."

Am successfully done with my registration however am yet to print my reference and Referee letters. May God crown our efforts.

I don't have NIN but I went to a close by NIMC around my area here to enrol. I have done it but was just given a printout slip and was told to check in 2 weeks time if my national ID card with the NIN would be ready by then.

But I have voter's card with me. Please does anyone use voter's card number to complete the application in place of NIN?

PLEASE I NEED ANSWER TO THIS. Can one use VIN in place of NIN?

If it's your BSc. Cert, you can't! Cos of NYSC cert... Unless you have Godfathers though!
