PoliticsRe: Don’t Contest 2015 Election, Prominent Islamic Cleric, Sheikh Gumi, Tells Buhari by b3llo(m): 8:31pm On Oct 21, 2014
Hypocrisy is when you say that Buhari is too old
at 70 and you keep calling Awolowo and Zik your
heros. Whereas, Awo and Zik contested for
Presidency in 1983 when they were both 74 and
77 respectively! Hypocrisy is when you say the
youths are better than the old.... Whereas the
youths were responsible for the wars we had and
are still having in Nigeria. .. Ojukwu and Gowon in
1967..... Asari, Tompolo, Shekau in today's
Nigeria. Youth doesn't connote soundness of mind
and old doesn't mean you're senile. GEJ became
Dep. Governor in his 40s, Obj first Presidency was
in 40s, IBB ruled Nigeria in his 40s......Look at
NANS today, will you be comfortable if GEJ
handover to NANS Executive? There are good
youths and good old ones......Age doesn't take
your brains away, neither is youthfulness a
guarantee for mental fertility! It is still this Buhari,
yes that incorruptible Governor. Yes, that
Petroleum Minister who constructed our
refineries. ...that Head of State that started War
Against Indiscipline that has been reduced to
Environmental Sanitation today...Yes that man
that paid Nigeria's huge debt but didn't
borrow.....Yes it is still Buhari, handsome man
with pointed nose.....A chief of army staff who
went after the Chadian invaders and outran
them, captured them and recovered all and put
the fear of Nigeria in the minds of all her
neighbours ...... Buhari the PTF Chairman whose
performance, no one has ever come close to......A
public officer with cleanest Record, most
outstanding. performance ...... Frank and Bold,
Tactical and Prudent. A renowned enemy of
Corruption .....Lover of Nigeria ....... It is still this
same Buhari that says 'Here I am, send me'..... An
ideal man for 2015.We need a change!

“Our minds are so closed
because when we see the truth we can’t even
trust it based on the fact that for so long, lies
have been exchanged for the truth and now we
are caught in-between what is really true and
what are lies and thus, the confusion of what is
right and what is wrong begins.

EducationRe: Name The Most Dreaded Student/ Thug During Your Secondary School Days.... by b3llo(m): 6:12pm On Sep 12, 2014
I used to have a class mate Samuel who joined us in SS2, our school was a missionary sch(ECWA). He was a transferred student from a Govt Sch in Gwagwalada, he was feared by almost every of my mate including myself, we named him Baddo that was in 2009. He challenge the big boys to fight him in the course of their fighting if blood does not spill he will never stop. His action sends fear into our brain that we dare not cross his path, junior and senior boys were scared of him because he did many weird things like breaking bottles and flourescent tube on his head, at times he will gatter razor blade, broken bottles and chew it. He gets whatever he wants from anyone because students were afraid of saying no to his demand even if you say "NO" to him, he will come and bugle your locker. The very day a prefect challenged him for breaking a junior students locker, he slapped the shit out of the prefect and threatened to beat the hell out of him. I remember vividly one night when a class-mate asked him for his money because he bought his betula sandals before we knew it it almost turned into a fight; he nevered paid or returned that shoes till this very day. This guy will smoke and drink any place he deemed convenient for him. He showed us incision all over his body signifying his Juju, he met his waterloo when he fought Akubo, he ran for his safety because he suffered defeat. Since then he avoided fight with the red neck. His crime were brought to book that he was expelled from sch, what a sign of relief to students and the school at large. His crimes were much. Towards the end of his stay he usually comes to my place to teach him Maths that made us friends till now.
