Pidggin:i have businesses to attend to and it takes nothing to respond to your biases. now that i got you in a tight corner, your best bet is to go wide and wild like an illiterate market woman trying to create some scenes by lumping everybody into the effect of GeJ CLUELESSNESS? So because previous administrations messed up, the subsequent ones should take us to hell ? are u kidding me? didnt we condemn Shagari? maybe you forgot that a MOHAMMADU BUHARI booted Shagari out and had put Dikko in crate to be brought in from the Uk to chagrin of the world? didnt we condemn IBB, ABACHA, AND OBJ for our woes? so we shouldnt talk about GeJ , BECAUSE? with the immensity of influence that Godhas blessed him with, is Tinubu really using the power for selfish purposes? i challenge to name 1 Nigerian alive that is as democratic as Tinubu and has paid so much price for the survival of democracy like Numero Uno politico, detribalized, foresighted, astute men-manager strategist Jagaban of Nigeria? |
searchng4love:IM sure I'M BUSIER THAN YOU. for folks who know me here would tell you how many beats i maintain involving agribusiness, mining and development issues. so your shade missed road........yea 1st governor to serve 2 terms if you erase Pa Ajasin records cant measure up to Adefarati's performance . Not allowing him install his stooge is cutting him pretty down to size because Mimiko's life depends on the outcome of the November election.....as far Nigeria is concerned ,i have a stake and wont be bordered by a little , fickle mind like you. For your info, we voted for Mimiko and we would vote against his candidate come Nov. Besides what are you doing on NL?, mtchew! |
Pidggin:research? .....welcome Mrs research fellow! no be only research because na atomic chemistry issues na im we dey discuss, we go even go university to find out if: 1. Yes, we need to do some research on weather GEJ really said ' stealing isn't corruption' or it is our imagination that made up stories to discredit the shoe-less boy from Otuoke whom we had earlier fought the cabal for..... 10. THAT part of the $40M has not been seized few days ago from GEJ'S cousin Robert Aziboala..... maybe you can tell me how he got the money; http://punchng.com/dasuki-said-give-jonathans-cousin-40m-witness/ ECA was illegal but prove me wrong......and where is the savings from the 52% that accrued to the FG under GEJ that was preaching save to a better educated Amaechi? So let us assume PMB said that lie you ipobs like to sell to us, that was why GEJ now allowed the arms fund meant to fight BH be plundered by Dasuki and co as campaign funds? JESUS CHRIST! Foremost,i think we very well need a research on how you manage to think the way you think with deliberate awesome amnesia . Madam Research! |
searchng4love:and we shall cut the recalcitrant tree down come November.......then he would realise there was once an Agagu, Adefarati, and presently a disgraced Mimiko( Ebola) .... and how ephemeral power can be. |
Pidggin:please tell us what capital projects GEJ executed vis - a vis the revenue he got? how does the $12 b ,if it were true, said to have been given to militants, most of which ended in private pockets while GEJ clapped on the way PMB seems to be clapping for Danbaza presently, affect the lives of the common man on the street? Won't a standard refinery in Otuoke, a petrochemical company in Nembe or an awesome fish farm with net cages along River Ethiopie e.g in Oghara and several many possible more with private -public partnership involvements have benefited the ordinary man on the ND streets? No, IB couldn't even evolve reforms that would have sealed him an extra four years no matter whose ox is gored but rather, he submitted our mandate to rogue elite as epitomized by Dasuki, Deziani, FFk, etc while the minister for coordinating wetin sef started telling us to prepare for worse days ahead especially in 2014 while she let her confederates in plundering into our coffers to unleash the greatest heist on this nation . Now that the seeds of GEJ's irresponsibilities ,cos we didn't vote for Dasuki n co to whom he submitted his government the way PMB seems to be submitting to Dogara now, is ripe for all to see you don't want us to talk about it. So the N4.2 billion shared by Fayoshe , obanikoro and co has no effect on the economy? won't that have been a buffer from the external reserve or something? and you are saying we shouldn't talk about? or how do we talk about it without mentioning the man who let the thieves in? ha we can blame Obj, Hausa people but not GEJ who refused to implement UNEP report on Ogoni? are u kidding me? When you head a business or a family, you can practice mono- economy and allow the profit therefrom be looted by a few persons during bumper season and give excuses during tough times. Apart from that singular historic phone call, GEJ was a total heartbreaker! |

IdisuleOurOwn:you are right hence u must administer vitamins immediately after giving vaccines or dewormers to help the birds. |
maclatunji:Sir, many of these misinformed ipobs are the real enemies of ndigbo. all the tribe especially the Yoruba and even Hausa Fulani brought Jonathan to power. all the tribes all were in PDP and when it was time to abandon the sinking ship, my people decided to own it and thus inherited the karma attached ..........but Notable Igbo sons and daughters could see beyond the immediate filthy lucre and have paid the price of being politically correct this time around. Okorocha, On, Ngige etc. When the presidential ambition beckons post 2019, we shall launch them because we can trust them. God bless Ndigbo, God bless Nigeria. |
989900:bros, he is undermining his relevance by himself. That is how Olu Agunloye frittered his political value away. I think he needs to apologise to us and Jagaban for writing such trash in the first place. |

no sane Edo person go pray for PDP to rule the state. Hear Prof Osunbor: Osunbor who was also an aspirant in the APC primaries that produced Godwin Obaseki as the candidate of the party, described Obaseki as a governorship material who can be trusted with the development of Esan Land. According to him, the third reason why we should vote for Mr. Godwin Obaseki is that PDP is against the development of Esan Land because all those that removed the Esan Leader Ambrose Ali from power as the Governor of Edo State were all members of the PDP. We must not vote the PDP because it was the People’s Democratic Party that marginalized the people of Esan Land. He emphasized the role that Anthony Anenih played in ensuring that Edo Central did not produce a governor. He warned against voting for a political cabal who has vowed that Esan Land will not develop. |

pafygodo:no mind Barrister Tunji ,he thinks being a governor naa wishful thinking. He comes out once in a long while to make some correct noise which gives people hope of a rallying point only for him to disappear leaving the people hungry. Nature abhors vacuum. Ajayi Boroffice, Alasoadura, Segun, Olusola Oke , Aketi etc have been more visible than with the grassroots than all these lightweights looking for undue relevance. |
What an epic reply! Tunji can't even win the delegates votes from his local government apart from Okeagbe his town not to talk of the whole State. He and Agunloye are just wasting their time for Boroffice is our candidate from Ondo North. Segun Abraham even better pass the two. After every elections they disappear and abandon the flock they are supposed to tender only to resurface when elections are around the corner. support ko , mandate ni. ,All of them are just jealous of sombori 's intimidating profile jor that will give Eyitayo Jegede Mimiko some bloody nose come November. God bless Jagaban. |
DickDastardly:of course minions would choose to remain minions even when reality stares them in the eyes. The lifeblood of any economy is finance which ordinarily means money. So when you drain a body like Nigeria of her blood n share some in 'soakawys', foreign accounts, illegal properties etc as inflicted by previous administrations especially the one that made so much more from oil sales won't such economies experience shocks and dizziness? 1. Where are the diversification projects touted by the GEJ administration or has Buhari stopped any? please mention. 2. These economic shocks started under GEJ . True or false? 3. Okonjo Iweala started warning the nation to prepare for worse days ahead since 2014? Charles Soludo ,Oby and other eminent Nigerians were forced to confront the profligacy of that administration. 4. Money meant for development were massively looted under GEJ. True or false? so what usually are the consequences of projects which funds are looted? development? stability? mention such places please. 5. oil prices all over the world have fallen ,and sensible economic managers would weigh the centrifugal and centripetal economic models and practices to see how they can organically adapt them to local environment for optimum advantage and development. So what steps you would have PMB take that he isn't taking or mistaking. Nigeria is greater than either of us all ,let us give our sincere attention no matter how little please. |

Edo guber: Rep. Iriase blames
Igbinedion over plight of
pensioners
Lucky Igbinedion Deputy Chief Whip, House of Representatives, and member representing Owan Federal Constituency of Edo State, Hon. Pally Iriase, has blamed the current problem being faced by pensioners in the state on the premature retirement of thousands of civil servants by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) led administration in the state under Governor Lucky Igbinedion. Igbinedion was governor of the state from May 1999 – May 2007. Hon. Iriase who said he was angered by the falsehood being peddled by the PDP governorship campaign team, saying, “I was the Deputy Speaker in the state House of Assembly and I knew all that transpired then”. “There were certain things that I heard recently which I would have loved to engage my friend (Pastor Ize-Iyamu) on, so that they either expunge them from their campaign talks or state the facts as they are. “I heard Ize-Iyamu is accusing the Oshiomhole’s government of destroying the civil service. Nothing could be further from the truth, nothing could be worse than an attempt to stand the truth on its head or to re-write history. “If anything, it was the PDP government that nearly annihilated the civil service in Edo State. “Another point he has made is that this government is to be held responsible for running down the educational system. “That is also another big and terrible lie. Now, talking about the civil service issue, there is no way that we can forget that in 2001, the then PDP government, in which Ize-Iyamu was very influential, decided that the best way to handle paucity of funds and inability to pay salaries, was not only to downsize but also to tinker with the long standing Pension Act. “The Pension Act had said that for the civil service, you are either 55 years old then or you had served 35 years in service, whichever one came first until recently when it was raised to 60 years”, he said. |
Open Letter To Governor Lucky Igbinedion – by Air Iyare His Excellency, Chief Nosakhare Igbinedion, The Executive Governor,Edo State. Ekhator Street, Egor Quarters, Benin City. 2nd April, 2002. Your Excellency, WHITHER EDO STATE? 1. A year after my five open- letters to you, I am out with yet another one for three reasons: (a) If I had not spoken out last year, Ikpoba brook would by now have gulped over N2 Billion. Thank you for canceling that project. (b) In your recent EBS TV interview, Mr. Tunde Ebozogie fired his first two hot questions thus - * "Your Excellency, are you aware that your government is unpopular"? * "Your Excellency, is your state broke"? Your reply was that you were not aware that your government was unpopular and that the state was not broke. I quite sympathize with your answers because the same Tunde's EBS TV would not air contrary view to that of your government. Rather, it will continue to manufacture jingles of lies extolling your popularity, achievements and virtue to the high heavens. (c.) This letter is "opened" to assure the public that the N5 million and two Mercedes Benz cars they claimed you sent to me last year to silence me, have not yet arrived my Egor residence. When they finally arrive, I will go to the Ring road to distribute the money to the public because having N5million will make me develop hypertension and possibly end up with cardiac arrest. 2. Your Excellency, when government is looking for N7 Billion to borrow to off-set salary arrears of workers and pensioners, that government is broke. When Professors, lecturers and workers of Ambrose Alli University have not received their salaries for six months now; when secondary school teachers have not been paid for four months; when civil and public servants have not got salaries for three months; when pensioners are owed over N5 billion, your government is broke. Moreso when your government is not in possession of the Philosopher Stone that turns everything to gold. 3. In spite of my advise in my letter to you dated 26th March, 2002, that the state's money should not be recklessly spent according to your fancy, you have continued to squander the state's money on white elephant projects, especially sports. Confucius warned that "he that will not economize will have to agonize" Frugality is founded on the principle that all riches have limits. Frugality is the daughter of prudence; the sister of temperance and the father of good governance. A good management of the state economy is an interplay of many variables. It is calculation realized; it is the doctrine of proportion reduced to practice, it is foreseeing contingencies and providing against them; it is expecting contingencies and being prepared for them. 4. But Your Excellency, have thrown all economic theories to the wind. You spend more than what you get. You eat up all you have today, hoping that God will provide for tomorrow. Plutarch once warned rulers that "that man who first brought ruin on the Roman Empire was he who pampered it by largesse's and amusements". The economic virus plaguing your government today was anticipated when I pleaded with you, in my letter dated 26th March,2001, ..... www.DAWODU.com https://dawodu.com/iyare1.htm |
Mboi:now I need to upgrade you from your ignorance or deliberate mischief which may harm your future and that of your children in the wrong choices you willingly deceptively make. Read my replies below carefully before answering . For they are public documents that expose your PDP shamelessness for a decade in Edo . |
Mboi:You are pathetic and lie easily. which Lucky Igbinedion? Majority of Edo people voted PDP out because of the lackluster performance of Lucky...the Onus is on you Mr wailer to counter Oshiomole ,the official voice of Edo as at today, that he didn't pay pension arrears of 10 years. You choose to believe the 4 years arrears story but not the 10 years n 7,000 workers' own because it does not serve una rubbish campaign. Hypocrisy and it amounts to nothing! All una propaganda na dead on arrival as nobody go allow PDP again in Edo not after 10 years of ruins in the midst of fat allocation to the state. I'm repeating it that we are not wailers who are the real zombies still pained by the loss of IB. Despite the fact that Buhari is better, if he doesn't do well we go tell am. PDP and NOT Buhari put us in all these mess. PDP? Naaaaaa! |
Mboi:wailers na the real zombies. It is not your wish or what you but a reality under a PDP government that ruined Edo for 10 years before the reformer - Adams Oshoimole - that pensioners were owed without any hope of being paid. That interview is an indictment of PDP which they lack the balls to answer. Did Oshiomole meet 13 years unpaid pension arrears? Yes. Did he pay the unjustly sacked 7,000 workers by PDP ? Yes. Can PDP deny ? No because there are records . So what is it that he could not do in 8 years when he cleared 13 years debt he knew nothing about? If Buhari doesn't do well ,we go tell am because we are not ipobs whose sense of judgement have been damaged. Nigeria and not Buhari is more important to us for he is just a messenger. Una PDP do well na im we bring Buhari? No to PDP in Edo! |
Mboi:how many years pension arrears were being held before Oshiomole came? and if you had read the interview, did he say he would pay or not? which party was in power but refused to pay before Oshiomole came , Mr intelligent youth? answer me ooo. |
so Mboi how market? |
“So, I accepted the fact that
government is a continuum.
“So, as we speak today, we have
paid all those who pensioned in
1998 and 1999, all the ones they
dismissed in 2000 and those who
retired from 2001, 2002, 2003 up
to 2011.
“So, I have paid pension arrears of
13 years even though I have been
in government for only seven
years plus.’’
The governor, who maintained that
having cleared 10 years pension
and gratuities arrears, assured
that his administration would
settle part of the outstanding four
years pensions before handing
over power to a new government.
(NAN)----- Adams Oshiomole ,the Executive Governor of Edo State. |
Gov. Adams Oshiomhole of Edo
State says his administration is
owing only four years of unpaid
pensions after settling [b]nine years
pensioners’ entitlements[b]. hmmm Ipobs, spits ! |
