nice research but I'm interested in the type or rather the source of Fructose that causes harm - synthetic or natural Fructose? I do not buy the findings that lump all the different sources of Fructose together. Nature has Fructose sugar for our benefits. You and I know what happens to an animal with hypoglycemia especially when there is a sudden demand for energy involving different metabolism. The research can help us find out what weight, age, lifestyles and location specific relevant biochemical states of an animal need certain fructose level for optimum productivity since too- much of most things have negative rewards . Nice research ,though. |

modath: You are the doomed one, is he stopping anyone ready to go into his line(s) of business?
The coal in Enugu, is he tying the hands of Enugu hiz developers from harnessing its potentials.. Mo just leave these ignorant ipobs. I tell you what, 1. few years ago I helped a friend prepare logistics for a deal to supply anthracite coal overseas but lack of a functioning rail n special carriage cargo ship frustrated the project. A dangote can solve that because he can attract a huge facility , capital wise: just imagine supplying 5000MT of coal in 1months. Coal is damn heavy n a 911 can only carry 30 tonnes , you need about 160 trips of that truck from the mine to the seaport . By the time you calculate yr profit margin vis a vis shipping n freight costs; logistics, wages ,tax n government charges then you d understand . 2. Enugu is sitting on coal , any interested business man can own any coal mine and any mine in Nigeria . so why can't any ipob role model own $300m coal mine in Enugu, IMO, Edo, Nasarawa, Benue or Cross River? atlst you can supply local companies in Lagos that generate own power using coal. 3. y can't state governments partner with investors and communities to evolve youth cooperative driven mining projects which offer a better alternative to oil ? abi when FG issued hundreds of mining licences , na only Dangote dem give? 4. I know many ipobs doing mining business all over the country and most especially in the North. |

Ngozi123: Rochas is disliked because he aggressively campaigned for APC and Buhari prior to the GE. The majority of Igbos hate APC and see it as an Islamic and thus anti-Igbo party. Rochas made the transition from APGA to APC for his own political ambitions, not for the betterment of Ndigbo. I personally don't have a problem with this as it's normal for a politician to look after 'number one' but neither he nor his supporters should be upset when the Igbos as a whole reject him. We rejected APC yet you want us to accept one of its biggest champions? APGA is the future for Igboland anyway.
On a side note, I've noticed that this op has taken a liking to being a contrarian in order to create popular threads. I think that the Igbos of Nairaland should just ignore her threads from henceforth- I know I certainly will. you hypocrites and political nonentities that promoted a Dasuki and co government, if una like make una go carry Alimodu Shekau as una next president but we Nigerians shall present Rochas and he shall win. who una votes EPP? real enemies of Igbo! mtchew! |

May your customers run away with good and money and never return! Type Amen?? your are emotional wasteful! Long before now when Amaechi was shouting that the GEJ presidency was reducing the States allocation in the midst of illegal bunkering and heavy looting, Aregbe was one of the targets as part of the evil plans to make loose the reelection in 2014 and despite that fact no workers was owed until the effect of Okonjo Iweala's economic policies and the crash in the oil price in the international market hit us in 2015 which is making most states in the federation helpless....Is Aregbe owing like most states? yes . Is he sincerely trying to pay while diversifying the economy ? Yes. Is Aregbe better than many PDP states ? Yes. Is Osun money missing , being misspent or looted ? No. so just retract your curse or you may hurt yourself. |

The legit monies they collect from honest labour is enough to take care of them and 5 generations after them, yet they just HAVE TO STEAL!!
This was the reason why I almost ran mad when Evans Nwerem said the other day that he "almost shed tears the last time Saraki was in court only to see that the court was in recess". That "time that would have been spent performing some national assignment was wasted going to court". I am so happy about this ,I have already predicted that this buhari tenure will mark a great turning point in Nigeria politics . Ppl will realize how dumb they have been to follow godfathers blindly like ileya rams and after all the sufferings ,Nigerians will start thinking before voting. Buhari will soon increase fuel price again ,and he will start using efcc against his critics . u don't understand...... Nigeria would have scattered into smithereens if GEJ had continued. SirWahl1: I have had the opportunity to work with quite some influential persons in Nigeria and the truth is that every one around them are YES SIR MEN who will not tell them the truth for fear of loosing their crumbs This is the reason our presidents fail because there are so much sycophant around ASO ROCK
To think they are already strategizing for 2019 leaves much to be desired. PMB Nigerians are hungry Truth is any present or future leader who won't learn from past experiences especially of others and their mistakes ,is planning to fail. And one of such experiences is the capability and the willingness to harvest the true stories from the streets. To every action of a policy there are always reactions from the street......and one method of getting this feedback is the town hall meeting where people are allowed to bare it all. other methods are creating time to read the newspapers; disguising and taking direct opinions from the ordinary people for which your policies are meant as being practised by US presidents and was adopted by our own Fashola ; or meet the street himself -Bola Ahmed Tinubu who maintains millions of relationships with the street and can feel their pulse than any leader around to teach you....GEJ ignored what the street was saying hence he got a red card..... |
