Good evening ladies and gentle men,I'm
Simon,i need your advice,i just checked my
utme result and i scored 182 and i want to
study computer science,i chose funaab as
my first choice and Delsu as 2nd choice,
Ilaroply as 3rd choice,am not happy with the
scored,am sad,please is there stil hope,i
need your advice on what to do?
Don't let anybody discourage you, make sure you try and confirm from the schools before deciding to write another jamb...

I have seen people starting with high jamb scores but end with low cgpa and people starting with minimum required jamb mark ending up leading their set (best overall students ), with God and adequate smarth work everything is possible
it's not about the mark you start with but it's about what you end with, be it mark and enough knowledge that will propel you to excel in life.

GoTV:
sad Even though I'm a born again Christian, i think the major spirit that delays marriage of single women especially of Christian domination are as follows :"

1..... Most Christian women are too submissive to their pastors than their spouses.

2..... Most Christian women are not marriage worthy because feminism is an abominable thought promoted by Christian women unlike their Islamic counterparts who are always loyal to men while acknowledging the leadership role of men.

3...... Most Christian women are dressed in seductive outfits unlike their Muslim counterparts who are covered up in veils and sanctity.

4..... Most Christian women are likely to cheat on their spouses than their Muslim counterparts.

I hope with these few points of mine, i have been able to convince you and not confuse you that majority of sane men will never marry such women described in the 4 points above sad
Go and sell your GoTV and stop this analysis, it's filled with lies

Education › Re: What Hilarious Lie Did You Tell In Secondary School To Avoid Punishment? by BabaIbo:
I remembered one morning one of my teachers walked in to the class and asked if you know you're owing for PTA and harvest stand up(It is a missionary/government school), Omo fear of being flogged made me not to stand up cos that man is one of the most dreaded teachers. Luckily for me the man actually came to know those still owing cos he misplaced the list for those that are owing.
After a week the man came back with the two lists; the original list for those that have paid and the other list he compiled a week ago and he noticed my name only appeared on the PTA's corner in the original list but was not in the list for those owing, na so the man start to dey beg me for two weeks say make I tell am the true, shey I don pay, Omo I tight my mind o, I lied that I have paid and coincidentally my dad gave me the money for the HARVEST on the day he agreed that I have paid, he even used me as an example of upright and truthful student to my classmates but those ones wey I flexed the money with just dey laugh with style.

Omo na flexing for me and my guys cos I took them out for flexing cheesy cheesy cheesy grin grin grin

P.S- similar issue also happened in my primary school tongue

Ask questions if you don't understand instead of you arguing. I know your type that shout at the viewing center from begining to the end without any knowledge of football. Go ask those who understand football that IF IT ENDS ON 2 ALL DRAW ON AGGREGATE WHO QUALIFIES... ODE
Assuming they played 2-2, Ajax will qualify cos the aggregate is 3 vs 2 and away goal can't come into play unless the aggregate at the end of the two legs is draw, for example the Aggregate here was 3 vs 3, so the away goal rule came into play, Tottenham has two away goal while Ajax has one, so Tottenham qualified

Mourinho should share part of the blame.

He called Messi "G*d of Soccer" last week and Almighty God taught them a lesson last night.

Pesb:
There is high level of unemployment in NIGERIA currently.

Leaving the country shouldn't be a hasty plan.

You have to be financially, mentally and physically ready for it.

Starting out in a new country wouldn't be easy at first.

If you are financially ready (most significantly), based on your skills mentioned......

For teaching: go to Gambia. Start with home lessons while you look for full-time teaching jobs.

For cosmetics: move to Ghana.

Building materials: capital intensive.

Cheers
Thanks so much...

Do you have idea how much it will cost by road to get to Gambia and the accommodation fee (like normal one not the Behind ones)?

PS- Once I have my international passport, do I need any other documents to embark on the journey i.e is there any need to visit their embassy since it's an ecowas country and likely to be visa free

Ovoko, e don happen...

BTW,

A Professor started his class on a very serious Topic. The moment he turned towards the blackboard, one of the students whistled.
He turned, looked at the class and asked the Whistler's name. No one answered.
The Professor peacefully kept the Pen in his pocket saying: "Lecture ends here. I'll tell you a story to utilise the remaining time".
Everyone became interested.
"Yesterday night I tried hard to sleep, but it was miles away from my eyes, so I thought I'd better get petrol in my car, which will save my time next morning and might induce sleep.
After having my tank full, I started roaming in that area, enjoying the
peace of a traffic free ride.
Suddenly, on the corner I saw a girl who was as young and beautiful as the clothes she was wearing. Must have been returning from a party.
Out of courtesy, I turned my car towards her and asked if I may be of any help. She asked me if I could
drop her to her home, she'll be very obliged, to which I agreed.
She sat in the front seat with me. We started talking, and to my amazement she was very intelligent, had control on many topics which many youngsters don't.
When we reached her address, she admitted my courteous nature and behavior and accepted that she had fallen in love with me.
I also admitted her intelligence and beauty and that I've also started liking her. I told her about my job
as a professor in the university.
The girl asked my number, which I gave her willingly. Then she asked me a favor, to which i couldn't have denied naturally.
She said that her brother is a student in the same university, and asked me to take care of him, since we'll be in a long relationship now.
I asked the name of the student. She said that I'll recognise him with one of his very prominent quality, He whistles a lot!
All eyes in the classroom turned towards the boy who had whistled.
The professor said:
"I didn't buy my Ph.D in Psychology...
I earned it.” Oya! Come out you stupid fool"
