Kanu was due to appear in court on the 17th, he failed to do so. If the rule of law should be applied strictly, his sureties, including the senator, should be in custody right now. I will not call you stupid because it will be a complement, So buhari knows the rule law and still knows that he have appointment with the court, and still send soldiers to his house. |

Ussy4real: They start their rhetoric with ‘I am not a fan of Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB’ and then go on a long false equivalence, stack all the blame on our service men and women asking them to ‘go and fight Boko Haram’. Why don’t you also leave the comforts of your homes in USA, UK, Asia or wherever it is you kiss your children goodnight safely at night whilst you encourage young helpless folks in the South East to throw bottles and projectiles at a National Army. As you ask the military to go and fight Boko Haram, you can also enlist in Nnamdi Kanu Biafra Secret Service or his ‘Lion Brigade Marines’ as a machinery, after all, Victor Banjo also fought in the Biafra Army in Civil War 1.
Who do you guys think have been in the North East for years? many of them dying, many of those soldiers from across Nigeria daily paying the supreme sacrifice to protect Nigerians.
Don’t be ashamed say where you stand, you all want Kanu and his militias to have a free ride, Nigeria can burn so long it brings that Buhari down, where have you all been for over 2 years that this character has been propagating worst rhetorics than what led to the Rwanda genocide. Be proud but don’t outsmart yourself with the now broken record of ‘I am not a fan of Nnamdi Kanu’ go home and join his army of militias.
Those of us who have been down this roads before, who witnessed the death of poor Yoruba boys and girls pushed into untimely death by leaders who kept their kids abroad will not let it happen again. I am not a fan of Nnamdi Kanu’s IPOB. I am not afraid to say that, yes to restructuring and if possible Nigeria can choose to break but not at the price of sending poor kids to untimely death, whilst your children are safe abroad, sorry you do not have my support. Once beaten 10 times shy.
We will continue to counter your narratives and your propaganda. We will condemn Buhari and the government if and when they do wrong as we have been doing, we will condemn aspects of the military operation if and when it violates the rights of citizens as we did condemn them when they invaded NUJ office in Abia State but for now, let the Python dance. Kanu said he's got the nuclear capabilities to stop the python from dancing, he did say he would wipe out any Nigerian soldier who may choose to come to his Biafra Republic, in this battle, just like Civil War 1 we won't have winners, we will all pay the price, sadly the ground zero of the battle will pay worst price. Before you come with your 'I am not a fan of Kanu', make some efforts in taming your Frankenstein monster before it consumes all. ~Oluwakayode Olumide Ogundamisi all this long sermon is just to berate a man who seeks freedom through referendum. It's just a shame that being capable to write this long epistle you still have a Slave mentality. |

For example the court granted Nnamdi Kanu bail, if the court needs him the court will summon him. The military has no right in a democratic government to go arrest anyone. It is the right of every citizen to protest when they feel necessary. And coming to anambra election Ipob, in fact Igbos have the right to either boycott it or vote so it's never a crime. |

Politics › Re: Fayose Committed A Sin By Wearing The Islamic Regalia To The Eid Ground: Cleric by babajero(m): 11:05am On Sep 07, 2017 |
SHTFguy: The most iconic thing about all this is that as Fayose sat among those Muslims they insulted him in their prayer.
Muslims pray 5 times daily and in their opening prayer remarks they quote from the first chapter from verse 1 to 7.
Quaran 1:7 stands out as they pray not to be swayed by those who have incurred their god's wrath and condemnation.
(1:7) The way of those whom You have favoured, who did not incur Your wrath, who are not astray.
This verse is a prayer not to follow the path of the Jews and the Christians as these where the first people to be cursed by mohammed for rejecting him as a prophet and Allah as God.
Every time a Muslim prays he or she opens his prayer with a prayer note not to be swayed by Christians and Jews. So what you are trying to say, is that it's good to hate your fellow human beings because of religion. NB boko Haram are truly Muslims after all, and they practice Islam. |

majekdom2: I am sure there are 2016 rides driving Uber. Yes, be proud that you have spent 2 million on a ride but there is someone that can spend 10 million on a ride under UBER. Different people, different standards. At bolded, I may want to use UBER to a meetings with VVVVIP and won't to present that "kind" of image. I won't be happy when I see a tiny light comes pick me. Different customer, different need. Understand that pls! 10 million naira to buy a car to drive in Uber, in Nigeria? I doubt you are an Igbo man, because no reasonable man will have to save 10millon just to buy car and drive in Uber in Nigeria. And you looking for a 10 million naira car to go for vvvvvvvip meeting how much are you willing to pay, is it that same token charged by Uber? |

majekdom2: you don't need to get upset because you drive a tiny light. People want uber for different reasons. One reason is the luxury. It may come disappointing when the car don't come upto expectation. You don't have to be get angry that some word is used to describe a ride. My question to you is, have you ever priced a car to know how much Tiny Light costs in the market, that means if I own one i should be proud of myself. And what other luxury do you need in a ride than ' Ac, music and space' all which you can find in Tiny Light. |

hedonistic: Uber abi taxify mouthpiece, easy.
I've requested Uber in Lagos, few weeks ago, only for a Toyota Camry 'Tiny Light' to show up feeling cool. And I thought their benchmark was 2006 model cars upwards. Didn't have any problem with that because I only needed transportation at the time, but it was a let down, standards wise. Just imagine what you wrote "you requested for a car and tiny light shows up", the question is was the car comfortable or not. In this present Nigeria where only the rich wants to remain Rich, any young man that can buy such a car should be praised. Just go to the market and know how much that car cost now. |

AutoJoshNG: Uber and Taxify are currently the top cab hailing apps in Nigeria. They are extreme rivals, however, their services are rendered to the similar customers using the same cars and drivers in most cases. The service is far better than where we are coming from but we can’t stop there. It is also important to note that these organisations cheat us in one way or the other and I will mention 4 ways that comes to mind.
They take longer routes This particular issue is so sad. Their navigation systems and some drivers have been programmed to take you through longer routes in order to get the maximum bucks out of every trip. Few weeks ago, I booked Taxify from Ikeja Computer Village to Ijora. Before I knew it, the driver and his navigation entered Awolowo Road to go take 3rd Mainland Bridge through the old toll gate area.
Then I asked the driver to turn and take Ikorodu Road through Maryland which he did. All through the trip, the map kept telling us to make a U-Turn and go through 3rd Mainland even after we got to Anthony on Ikorodu Road, the map kept asking us to re-route. Just Imagine taking 3rd Mainland Bridge from Anthony to Ijora. Too bad! .. If you are thinking there was traffic on Ikorodu Road, no.. there wasn’t.
Just this week again someone who was going from Ijesha express to Ilupeju (10 minutes journey) was taken all the way to Ikorodu Road through Stadium (30 minutes journey).. your transport fare will be more than double.
So it is better you to know the best route to your destination.
Cancellation of trip before pick up Uber charges N1,000 request cancellation fee and it became even worse after their drivers became disgruntled with them.. so the drivers started taking advantage of that. They will accept your pick up request with prior knowledge of not coming to pick you up. Then they will cancel your request after 5 minutes with an excuse that they can’t come pick you again.
Despite the cancellation being the driver’s fault, Uber will deduct the N1,000 from you card immediately or they’ll add it to your next trip fare. See trouble o!
Rickety cars Sometimes you’ll be feeling cool that you just requested a cab through your phone expecting a fully air conditioned and stress free ride. Instead, some cars will just arrive with terrible shock absorbers, fuel smell inside the car or AC not working. Has anyone experienced this? Tell us your experience. Surge pricing You’ll get adverts on price discounts flooding your phone but when you are actually booking a trip, everything will be on surge. Do the calculation, they give you 20% discount but surge price is 1.3x. Maintaining the status quo is sometimes better.
Do you have any that comes to your mind? Tell us in the comment section.
https://autojosh.com/4-ways-uber-and-taxify-are-cheating-nigerians/ (Rickety car) If you haven't experienced it why bring it up? You just want to say something right? Please if you know you are jobless go look for a car register with Uber or taxify and start working instead of discrediting them. |
