Some things don't transgress time. As long as there are children, there would always be need for discipline. The key is to understand that there is a difference between discipline and wickedness. That picture is sheer wickedness. But there would always be need for the use of a cane if we are to leave the world a better society. Take a walk to a public school in ur neigbourhood and observe.

I'm in support of flogging in schools. Spare the rod and spoil the child. But when a teacher has to go beyond 10 strokes of the cane, he needs psychiatric evaluation. Even criminals shouldn't get flogged that bad.

4. Why do we need a loan to fight boko haram with all these big money u claim we have?
5. Why have joint health workers been on strike for over 2months?

I am frustrated with the football Chelsea have started to play this season. What is with all the rubbish passing and beautiful football and tiki taka.
