I worked as an ad hoc staff too. once APO1 who handles the card reader transmits total number of accredited voters (passes +failures) to the server, the presiding officer cannot manipulate anything. Your submission must tally.
this is a tough battle for APC because all results were officially transmitted to INEC server via e-collation using the card reader.
In short you cannot submit your manual results without first communicating the official results to INEC server

Whatever, atiku is not acceptable to Nigerians, he has been roundly rejected, even his immediate constituency rejected him. No loopholes he can capitalize on if that is his aim to stampede the nation.
