I think omokri should know better, Buhari is not Nigeria, but a Nigerian. Buhari and his cohorts only implicated themselves that truly they are hungry for power if the letter was intentional,...constitution overrides Buhari's foolishness. Omokri has forgotten that it was Nigerians that forcefully installed his principal - Jonathan as acting president when apparently some powerful northerners did not give him a mere reference in the scheme of governance.

Brother NO, that is why the position of President is called commander in chief of all armed forces.Senate president is not commander in chief of the armed forces. It is a Nigeria thing, senate have no right to be seeking same information from the DSS as the president, at most, they can invite the head of DSS, but those guys are always smart and bold, they might answer your questions explicitly or not. Wait and see...

It is DSS that is embarrassing Nigeria here. Why should they give a contradictory info on Magu to the presidency and the Senate at the same time? Heads must roll both at senate and DSS, this is wrong, the only reporting line of DSS is to the president. Corruption is everywhere in Nigeria.

On Magu's case, based on unguided statement from Melaye, I think saraki et al have committed treason, they seem too ambitious. There should be only one commander in chief. But saraki led senate compelled DSS to get contradictory information from same source. Heads must roll both at the Senate and at the DSS.
