The government being very exposed and having all the resources in their power to make this place a better place, there would be less emigration and more job opportunities to keep people busy and comfortable here. As a result of this the society has gone sour,everyone's desperate,no one realizes the other is important, it's more or less a survival of the fittest society.Lastly, some of these victims become very greedy and to be richer than even the president,if possible, so they indulge in many unruly act that gets them in Jails.
