PoliticsRe: Nigerian Army Surveillance Captures Moment Boko Haram Terrorists Invaded Borno by Babatundehy: 1:53am On Sep 25, 2025
Krak:
There was probably nobody in the control room to monitor the feeds from the CCTV cameras.

We think technology works automatically but we always forget the human element attached to it. The most deadly and sophisticated gadgets are useless if not applied well by those who are supposed to use it.
It is impossible for a base in a troubled region to not have officers on rotation monitoring the cctv 24/7, there should be a watch tower in any serious base too, where the officer in charge can see several meters ahead, vegetation in the north even makes this a lot easier, this looks like there are informants within the army on that base, a coordinated sabotage.
It isn't the first attack on the Nigerian army at their bases, quite sad and disgraceful, a country's military might says a lot about it, if any untrained persons wielding weapons can brazenly mobilise to kill officers of the republic in their own assembly, then the civilians are already sitting ducks.

It depends on our maintenance culture habit my brother…

If you take care of the car and attend to every issue to the best of your ability.

The fuel efficiency would be great, I use the 2004 Rx330 and I average between 18mph and 20Mph for city driving and between 24Mph to 27mph for highway driving.
I'm just saying it will not match the manufacturer's spec, you're right.

Here in my estate, a lance corporal built a bungalow way above his means, has two cars, an highlander and a corrola, I know the salary of those in the armed forces, I'm always wary of this guy as I'm certain he's not into anything good, this is what most of them do, how they make their money, blood! Many of them are into this, often in partnership with the Nigerian police.

It's sad how the Nigerian military (once respected across Africa) has turned to this. Bandits killing them in their base, bandits hoisting flags in the country. How the mighty has truly fallen
It was respected across Africa when it was properly funded, then being a soldier came with lots of public respect and admiration, in those days politicians were not funding terrorists to kill, maim, and kidnap Nigerians.
My only prayer is that Anyone who still supports this government will have a taste of these unbelievable occurrences.

Forget fuel efficiency concerns when you're discussing very old cars, they'll always run below factory spec due to wear and tear, the rav 4 has always looked like a toy to me, it is never a model I'll advise a man to buy, always looking like you have come to play or trying to get into a place unnoticed, the RX 330 wins in all aspects.

You are enjoying a system in UK

Ask yourself
What sacrifice did the fore fathers of UK fought. The countless wars they fought, the blood they shed fighting against evil kings. ...

And removing evil kings inorder for their young future generation to have good society.

These same white people suffered bad government with corruption and injustice.

Instead of them to Japa.
They stood together and fought and changed their country for good.

Now you Japa your own country to go and chill in another man country. To enjoy the fruits of their ancestors blood and sweat.

While Nigeria keeps rotting away
Who will save Nigeria??
A revolution is unlikely in Nigeria, sadly, this is because many Nigerians are unintelligent, forgetful, unpatriotic, getting into positions where they are able to loot public funds, and make sure the people continue to suffer has become a prayer point even in places of worship. How many Nigerians know anything about honour? Putting the other person first just because they're fellow Nigerians? How many Nigerians are genuinely happy with just what's enough and very eager to contribute to the society with resources they don't need?
The problem is integrity, I do not trust you to follow me to the ends of the world in pursuit of a common goal that will better the multitude, that's the general feeling due to precedent, I already assume you'll be bought, a large fraction of the multitude are not honourable, especially those who still feed on crumbs left by the top men, they complain those protesting are blocking the roads to their places of work, etc
Public figures are criminals, the clergy makes up prophecies, the professor is into electoral fraud, the traditional ruler a land grabber and fraudster, the judge sells justice to the highest bidder, private tertiary institution owners don't have their kins in their own universities, the policeman and frsc officers extort the common man.
In such a lawless nation where many of the people have no "HONOUR" or an understanding of it, would you sincerely not advise restraint if someone you loved was so patriotic and decided to lead a protest? I believe in one thing, and that is severe hunger and famine, this will have the people in unison, against all mundane differences used by their oppressors, but as the country drives towards a state of mass malnutrition, the leaders who hold the chains understand the risk and quickly share cups of rice and cash enough to feed for three days.

Why won't they be killed when we have zero intelligence gathering and we are doing anywhere belly face? Even Israel that is fighting a war on more than three fronts, you hardly see them taking this kind of loss at once
That's the way it is, how many of these police officers can run just for a kilometer? These ones most likely cannot reload faster than the bandits, imagine bandits with no training killing police officers who are supposed to be elite forces, now what are the non elite forces capable of? Look at what was happening when the Nigerian army constantly failed to secure the pipelines, Tompolo was who they couldn't catch and deal with, he was begged with billions of naira for his "security outfit" which is more sophisticated than the Nigerian army and navy to curtail oil theft, Tompolo was celebrated few weeks ago 😂 Nigeria a total joke.

And it keeps on and on, none of the names in the air now is the solution to our multifaceted problems as a rapidly failing nation, everything must be overhauled, most importantly the constitution, partisan arrangements e.tc.
A serious restructuring is what will make Nigeria work, an honest man, one who is a true patriot is less likely able to afford party tickets, if he is crowdfunded from a place of love, INEC and the armed forces are on ground to make sure he loses.
What will bring this restructuring? You and I know "elections" isn't the answer, who are the ones contesting the positions? Current and past looters who want to return to the looting game, the current system is like a literal seesaw, if you're not on the right then you're on the left, one thing has being fairly constant over the years on both sides, the country keeps festering, deaths increasingly engulfing all the zones, professionals and middle class disappearing, children starving, expectant mothers dying, these people will not leave in a civil way, they must be chased out, and cast to the stake, Nigerians must take back Nigeria before it ceases to exist!!

This is one of the very many evidences littered all over the internet that these people making sure our dear Nigeria doesn't work are neither ignorant nor unaware, their actions are deliberate and very intentional.
They know what kind of country they're making Nigeria into, a land of perpetual penury, poor education, crime, corruption, deaths and illnesses, and a jungle where lawlessness prevails even in the hands of the judiciary.
Now do you expect these people not to have human assets and material properties in countries that work? Again, they know what they're doing, I can only feel terribly sorry for the Nigerians who still make up reasons to support this evil men, Nigeria may become a place where people actually live like human beings someday, that day seems to be in a very distant future, if it comes, the masses who are currently the dregs of the land must have awakened, now they sleep, busy with useless entertainment, tribal bigotry, religious bias, while evil men sow assets in lands where leaders are accountable, idiotic masses watch as evil prevails.

Though the last time I buzzed him he said he wanted to stop importing for Honda because of price and patronage as most Honda sensors stays longer in his hands.
I have used fonialto in the past, and he sent my package through a dispatch rider to be bus stop and all the way to Ondo state, let him talk to fonialto and they can work something out.

But in general I will not advice anyone to buy naija used cars. I will advise the person to save up and go for tokunbo........

We can agree buying tokunbo cars is a risk as much as buying naija used cars.. but tokunbo cars are calculated risk . It is a matter of picking your poison ..

Below are pictures of calculated risks ....In the USA you are basically force to take care of your cars. The cost repairs can make u bankrupt, passing inspection are all factored in . Engine repair is as good as getting another car.. so you are forced for your own good to maintain your car
I understand what you mean.

If you want to leave long and see your grand children, stay away from naija used cars ..... A word is enough for the wise.......
This is definitely not true, there are Nigerians who take care of their cars more than some careless people take care of their own health, I have been using the car I drive now since 2021, when something that can be ignored like a bad washer fluid reservoir gasket got bad, i treated it like what could damage my engine, it got fixed immediately, my car sometimes isn't used for a week, and still oil changes are always on time, leather seats regularly conditioned ( I use them and don't believe in covering them, I hate seat covers, car is mine and so are the seats).
At every oil change, I tell my mechanic to look carefully while doing a general inspection (even as there's no complaints), I have two warnings lights, my check engine is as a result of a missing catalytic converter, my tpms is because I have tyres bigger than the recommended tyres installed.
Every other thing works, from cruise control to power mirrors/seat and AC, ( factory fitted, heater works, an untouched system), a look at my engine bay will tell you how nicely maintained the car is, no oil stains or stupid wiring, I've even done a drain and refill on my transmission three times, just felt like, this is why I would confidently get into my car anytime and drive to Belgium if I needed to.
I take care of it because I never want it to disappoint me, I drive responsibly, don't have any business doing high rpms, it's a V6, don't need that, I'm never planning to sell it, will use it until it dies and is unfixable, I am at 141,000 miles and just saw someone with the same car get to 444,000 miles, proof car is still new 😂.

If your oil doesn't really need topping up until it is time to change it, no loss of power and car runs fine under load, then it is most likely oil going past the valve stem seals after your car has been sitting a while, if that's the case and issue is fresh, the blue smoke usually disappears within seconds, it must have been going on for a long time if it takes up to a minute to stop after start up, have a professional fix you up.

EducationRe: The New Age Hustle: Why Lagos Youths Now Prefer Tech Skills To University Degree by Babatundehy: 7:03am On Sep 14, 2025
Oh well, what can I say? I have been with Microsoft since late 2020, and i can say that i am feeling the troubles in the tech world, layoffs, and project managers reducing work hours. This trend has started since late 2023, people have hoped for a recovery (as this isn't new), but 2025 is almost gone and it is only getting worse.
I will never advise anyone to skip university education for any tech skill outside it, you can do both, most "tech jobs" do not come with peace of mind, job security is near nonexistent, especially now, even when you have a job, you must keep your eyes out for job openings, many in the tech world are getting gigs and not actual jobs, imagine a family man living like that, such a man isn't very wise.
It is great when it is good, definitely depressing when it is not, hard to recover when you're out of luck, any skill anyone can learn within a relatively short time frame isn't the best to rely on in a densely populated sector or the world in general.

The pills give some patients issues they never had prior to contracting the disease, organ issues kidneys, liver, heart, and even weight gain, obviously abnormal fat lodgement etc, it is pertinent to understand that the damage the disease itself can cause even before death occurs far outweighs what complications the pills to tackle the virus come with, those who already have the disease either by carelessness or bad luck must go for the pills but not expect a totally smooth ride, it is best to be very careful, one FAITHFUL sexual partner (avoid sex workers), proper examination before BLOOD TRANSFUSIONS, own and make personal all SHARP OBJECTS used.

You just woke up amd decided to be decorating this forum with lies.
There are consultants in other fields in Nigeria. Also initially the docs were worried cos most nigerians don't know the difference between consultants in specialties. For example, how will the average Nigerian differentiate a consultant hematologist who is a doctor and another consultant hematologist who is a lab scientist?
Do you think the average American or European knows the difference? Why has this "worry" not caused issues among the patients in those places? That the mother tongue isn't English doesn't in any way affect intelligence or understanding, we saw how some people who are supposed to be educated started spitting out the opposite when the government started clinical doctorates like pharm D, and Dpt.
A physician cannot succeed without a long line of others in the field, assisting and sharing knowledge, it is a collaborative effort to achieve the final result which makes the patient happy, there are laws to make these things clear, can a degree level nurse open up a general practice? Or a doctor running a drugstore? I have not seen pharmacists performing surgeries or calling themselves surgeons, not even orthopedic physiotherapists pretending to be orthopedic surgeons, and when people visit a drugstore do they ask to see the license/degree of the person attending? Certain degree holders shouldn't be mad over the "Dr" Nigerian students in uni it are yet to earn😂, wait a few years 😏, in the US, a physical therapist is called a doctor, or a doctor of physical therapy.
I had to laugh when I saw the news, it is western education, and if those who made all the discoveries, and pioneered the procedures have started these clinical doctorates, then why should there be an issue here where no contribution has been made to advance the practice? Pride and fragile egos everywhere.
The government has doubled the admission quota in all fully accredited medical schools across Nigeria, let us see what happens in 20 years 🤗, i have always criticised this government, but it has also made a few steps in the right direction, those who are owed allowances should get them, and yeah, if a strike is what it takes then why not? Healthcare professionals deserve more, just as school teachers, and even those in the armed forces, the suffering is widespread.
Car TalkRe: If Nigeria Is Working Alot Of Nigerians Have No Business Driving Or Owning A Car by Babatundehy: 11:16am On Sep 11, 2025
Many Nigerians don't know how to drive, they do not turn on their turn signal until they're at that spot where they need to make the turn, what's the use of the turn signal at that point? It is evident such a driver doesn't have common sense and didn't take driving classes, many can't brake properly, no patience when they're changing lanes, they impatiently occupy the spot meant for those wanting to change to the lane they are currently on, rather than wait at the back of the vehicle at the spot already, terrible drivers!
It gets me so angry that I always never hesitate to call them what they are whenever I spot one on the road, idiots, many even have the license but never took driving classes, a lot is wrong with the country, corruption and carelessness, lives keep getting lost because of these practices, a lot of changes must happen for Nigeria to work, many of its citizens act like goats, people even drive vehicles with no working brakes, no lights, they wave their hands 😔, I've seen cars with tyres all treading gone, different tyre sizes on wheels.
what about drugged up internet fraudsters doing over 80km/HR within the city? An interstate commercial driver plying his trade with an extra tyre that should only be used in emergencies. Like half of the Nigerian population should have served or be serving jail terms.

Are you a supporter of this current government? If you are, then you should state clearly how this government has benefited you and you family, maybe others reading can also find reasons to sing praises of Tinubu and his criminal governors.
Those In government keep wasting the lives of Nigerians, I mean that literally and otherwise, Many Nigerians have not experienced what life should really be like, they get harassed by the police and then offer bribe to go home, they give thanks in church on Sunday for surviving a bandit attack while traveling, they pray, preach, and sing, inside rusty rickety buses used as "public transport", they are happy to survive a surgery done by a surgeon in a public hospital under a rechargeable lamp, they look at their neighbour who can only afford ofada rice and thank God they can afford a quarter bag of imported rice, they're thankful because family and friends could come up with the ransom demanded by kidnappers when they were picked up In their own homes, etc.
Understandable we are used to this hellish life, how has the internet failed to rewire our brains, failed to awaken the part of a normal human being that should understand and pursue a decent living, why are millions only able to smile because of the promises of a good life in the holy books? Are we slow or have we just accepted what these leaders have reduced us to, docile worthless animals who will wag their tails when kicked, and jump in excitement when thrown scraps just enough to keep them alive.
Foreign AffairsRe: “From Third World To First.” How Lee Kuan Yew Transformed Singapore by Babatundehy: 1:25pm On Sep 06, 2025
It is true that Lee Kuan Yew did some of these things. For example, he built a world-class educational system, and he underwent an urban renewal that revamped slums. He paid ministers really high wages because of the expertise required and fought a great war against corruption. But that isn’t all he did—or thought.

You see, LKY believed a few foundational things that drove his actions. In a 1983 rally, he said this to his party members:

“If we continue to reproduce ourselves in this lopsided way, we will be unable to maintain our present standards. Standards of competence will decline. For how can we avoid lowering performance when, for every two graduates… in 25 years’ time, there will be one graduate, and for every two uneducated workers, there will be three?”

The implication was obvious. He believed competence and intelligence were somehow linked to genetics. In case people misquoted him or believed he didn’t mean it, he made the same remark in Hard Truths:

“When the graduate man does not want to marry a graduate woman, I tell him he’s a fool, stupid. You marry a non-graduate, you’re going to have problems—some children bright, some not bright. You’ll be tearing your hair out.”

He believed that stupid people gave birth to stupid children. And he didn’t just keep this thought to himself—he acted on it. In the 1960s, Singapore was experiencing crazy population growth. LKY thought this would affect the small island nation in the future, so he did the sane and normal thing that any of us would have done: He instituted a national voluntary sterilization program for women.

This program, true to form, didn’t target rich or educated women. It targeted the poorest women, with the government paying up to 10,000 Singaporean dollars to women who chose to sterilize themselves after their first or second kid. He also targeted the richest and most educated women with the Graduate Mothers Scheme, which gave them perks for having kids. So he made sure the poor and uneducated gave birth to fewer kids, and the rich and educated gave birth to more kids.

The impact of this program was quickly visible, as Singapore’s Total Fertility Rate dropped from over 3.0 in 1970 to below 2.0 by the late 1970s. To put that more clearly, around a third of the future generation was wiped out. Singapore’s population has never recovered and now stands at lower than 1.

LKY’s eugenic instincts didn’t stop there. In the above screenshot, our poster tells us how LKY banned tribal politics. However, he banned it in the sense that he made sure it would never be possible again. He made sure that Chinese people made up 75% of the nation by encouraging immigration from Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China. He also granted thousands of Chinese immigrants permanent leave to stay while using metrics like education, language, and economic contribution—all factors that guaranteed a Chinese majority.

Remember that we already know that LKY believed in genetic intelligence. Therefore, he only did this because he believed that Han Chinese were just smarter than the Malays and Indians who made up a significant chunk of the Singapore population. So his policies were geared toward maximizing the percentage of Chinese because he believed they were simply superior people.

Here is how this position was put in the book Lee Kuan Yew: The Man and His Ideas:

“There are deep and abiding differences between groups. And whatever we do, we must remember that in Singapore, the Malays feel they are being asked to compete unfairly, that they are not ready for the competition against the Chinese and the Indians and the Eurasians. They will not admit or they cannot admit to themselves that, in fact, as a result of history, they are a different gene pool and they do not have these qualities that can enable them to enter the same race.”

Elsewhere, he says this:

“I started off believing all men were equal. I now know that's the most unlikely thing ever to have been, because millions of years have passed over evolution, people have scattered across the face of this earth, been isolated from each other, developed independently, had different intermixtures between races, peoples, climates, soils... I didn't start off with that knowledge. But by observation, reading, watching, arguing, asking, and then bullying my way to the top, that is the conclusion I've come to.”

These quotes make Lee Kuan Yew as straightforward a racist as you are ever likely to meet. And he wasn’t a racist in the sense that it didn’t affect his work. He was a racist in the sense that it was what most of his work was about. By the end of his life, he was certain that the most important reason Singapore was successful was because it was majority Chinese.

This is crucial: His position wasn’t that cultural hegemony was good—but that cultural hegemony of the right race was good. That is why he said he would never have been successful if Singapore had been majority Indian or Malay. Let’s hear from the man himself:

“I have said this on many a previous occasion: that had the mix in Singapore been different, had it been 75% Indians, 15% Malays and the rest Chinese, it would not have worked. Because they believe in the politics of contention, of opposition. But because the culture was such that the populace sought a practical way out of their difficulties, therefore it has worked…. I have said openly that if we were 100 per cent Chinese, we would do better. But we are not and never will be, so we live with what we have.”

Lee Kuan Yew didn’t only have a low opinion of Malays and Indians—he had an even lower opinion of Blacks. After reading The Bell Curve by Charles Murray, a book that posited (tangentially, at least), among other things, that Black backwardness is caused, at least in part, by low genetic intelligence, Lee Kuan Yew had this to say:

“The Bell Curve is a fact of life. The Blacks on average score 85 per cent on IQ, and it is accurate—nothing to do with culture. The Whites score on average 100. Asians score more… the Bell Curve authors put it at least 10 points higher. These are realities that, if you do not accept, will lead to frustration because you will be spending money on wrong assumptions and the results cannot follow…. Supposing we had hidden the truth and taken the American approach and said, all men are equal. Then they (the less able or well-off) will demand equal results. And when the results are not equal, they will demand more equal treatment.”

It is important to note that these views weren’t an irrelevant part of his person. They drove his politics, and in his view, were the most important reason he was a success. This must be bad news for the Nigerians looking for their next Lee Kuan Yew.

If the man were to be seriously asked for suggestions on how Nigeria could also experience the Singaporean miracle, his answer would likely be that we can’t. Or if he said we could, he would likely suggest immediate eugenic policies that many Very Serious Nigerians will cry about from Lagos to New York.

Are you seriously going to suggest to the Nigerian uneducated, unaccomplished poor that it isn’t in the country’s interest for them to be fruitful and multiply? Are you going to suggest to Nigerian society that bandits and militants should at least be sterilized before they are “rehabilitated”? It is an unworkable situation.

Read the full article here https://elewa.substack.com/p/never-ask-a-nigerian-what-lee-kuan
Many nations have employed unusual measures like minimising the family unit, or making sure unnecessary population growth doesn't deter economic growth, when the population is growing at a rate that the available resources cannot satisfy, then all sorts of calamities are to be expected.
Look at northern Nigeria, predominantly Muslims, they belief in multiplying, both culturally and religiously, it has become a way of life, what region is most backward? Where do you find the highest number of sad occurrences like child marriages, maternal deaths, significantly low percentage of educated folks, a large population of mentally poor people, and perpetual inconceivable violence?
When a certain fraction of a population has higher tendencies to draw a nation backwards, a visionary leader can only be thankful that such a fraction is the smallest, because this way, such a leader can figure out how to keep this fraction "small", where's Malaysia and India today? How is the welfare of the Indian people? How clean are the streets? and how large has the state resources grown to accommodate every Indian? How has their explosive population, diverse cultural and religious differences contributed to their national development? India knows this.
People should have sex, but also wise enough to understand what situation they're in, if a leader is "blessed" with a population that believes the future of their country is embedded in how every national conducts his personal affairs, then such a nation can go from being third to first in just two decades, rather than one where the majority believe everything is divine, and that the most high will soon descend to save everyone and their 10 kids.
Eugenics, many great nations where our people still sell family Inheritance and take loans to run to have practiced it, this is not to say this is somehow good science/practice, it is not, but I am only emphasizing that a population that refuses education, doesn't believe the nation is too economically backward for a man to have 4+ children, is not going to have development in its story.
Education is vital, not necessarily within the four walls of an institution, let the people understand how resources can reach everyone, how these things can be managed, and that how corruption within our government is directly responsible for insecurity, poverty and hunger, poor healthcare and all sorts of vices, economic development isn't divine, it is made to happen by men.
Let Nigeria and Nigerians unlearn the bulk of nonsense in their heads, start with every family having just two kids (civilization is definitely connected to Education and that to fertility rate), a decade In prison to anyone who shows the littlest interest in tribalism, accept and believe religious affiliations are unimportant in the grand scheme of things, promote and reward only those qualified for leadership positions, clean up the judiciary and have a death penalty for anyone found to be mismanaging public funds even if the amount is 1000 naira, let their be order, all these things in place, and watch how speedily the tales told of Nigeria become music even to the ears of westerners.
Many nations with changed stories over the years worked on their population, tried to end corruption, disregarded religion and cultural differences or just encouraged only one and outlawed others, they either encouraged secularisation or accepted only one religion, it takes hard 'unusual' measures, but can anyone hate good results?
Look at Singapore, Taiwan, south korea and even China at some point, they all had to do their own things, today these countries have a large percentage of the African population rich in culture and strong beliefs in the supernatural, trying their best to live in these countries, when they arrive in these "promised lands" they thank "God", many say they did what they had to do to secure a better future for their kids, a better remuneration for labour/skill, a better everything, men made these places, a supernatural being had nothing to do with it! all actions have consequences, the summary of all of this.

This is how we allow evil to thrive in our society. We say it's not much, people Gould just accept.
It is one of the reasons the country will not move forward, people do not think they have rights. We are funny in Nigeria, just today, a reckless, careless taxi driver scratched a car, and all those present were advising the owner to drive off because it is 'just a scratch" and that the owner can clearly see the taxi driver is poor as he drives a rickety Nissan Almera, we do not understand right or wrong here.
Many Nigerians bend the knee when kicked, think they are less human than those in positions of power, those they elected, she should suffer the extension because she exercised a right of hers? An unpaid extension? Something that could be used against her In the future should she not contest this now? a perception of the conquered, indeed, I'm glad there are still mentally active Nigerians 👍🏾

Good evening house, I bought a car from a car seller in kaduna I’m from Abuja. We went to kaduna and went to the car stand. I selected the car I bought it 2.7m was told it doesn’t have major problems gear is okay. After I repairs things in the car and spent more than 200k trying to make the car okay. I’ve been noticing the automatic gear has issue until it broke down to me and I had to call the seller who sent his mechanic to pick the car from where it is. I said repairing a gear is something I can’t do and that’s not our agreement. I told him I wanted a refund he agreed to refund me. Now it’s 1 month plus already no refund. What do I do to get my refund please
Quite unfortunate, getting refunded for a car previously bought and picked off a Nigerian dealer's lot is rarely heard of, these people will not even listen if you bought a car from them in the morning and came back in the evening to ask for a refund, they give no warranty, I'd say to start looking at another car the dealer has for sale, even if you have to take a loan maybe from friends, to pay for a better car, this time, come with a trusted mechanic to do a thorough inspection.
I'll not advise you to bring in the police for now, the dealer is still responding, not to mention most of these dealers have police connections, Nigerian used car dealers are mostly crooks ,using the police should be the last resort, it'll cost you more money, unless you're more connected, in which case you'd have gotten your refund already.
Car TalkRe: My Transmission Fluid Color by Babatundehy: 11:14am On Sep 05, 2025
Your transmission fluid is now looking brown ( if your phone camera is good), you should change it, that colour shows the fluid isn't in the best state, get the original recommended fluid, drain and refill, but do not do a transmission flush, just a drain and refill.
When I bought my car Tokunbo, I checked the transmission fluid and it was looking blackish, I drained and refilled that same day, I've done two drains and refills twice after the first time (I just felt like), it keeps your transmission in good health.
Many are scared and will advise not to touch your transmission fluid as long as it shifts good, what's the use of an oil change when your engine is filled with sludge or has seized from shortage of oil 🤔, the same goes for your transmission, when you begin to have issues due to contaminated fluid, you can only hope a drain and refill will fix it, by then you're not servicing the transmission, you're trying to correct a DAMAGE.
