If a country has weapons of mass destruction, there is no way to hide it because of it's unique radioactive signature and that it can be easily detected with satellite imagery. I believe a wise country will not disclose all its weapon of mass destruction. So that the enemy country will not know their strategy and even upgrade on the weapons. Though, some countries make a show of their new weapons to make other countries fear them the more. But not every country will do that.
For them to be called super-power, they must have been tried and tested and they will still have the "it" factor.

I don't get it! Are some people doubting the capability of Russians to have weapons of mass destruction? Isn't it part of the reasons why it is part of the 5Super-power countries? All the 5Super-power countries can annihilate the world solely, with their weapons. I'm not aware they have been dropped from the list.
