Yup OP is 100% right. 'No one like you' is the most viewed Nigerian song on YouTube. |
i wonder why people like her
I meant "Can't" not "Can". Why people like her? The same reason why people like Kate Perry, and Justin Beiber. |
I pick Yaristos. |
Babe!!!! I saw FIONE Igbo men in Nigeria and I WISHED THOSE men didn't wear clothes in Nigeria. I had to glanced fast and straight ahead. I was being watched.
LOL--- You gat jokes. So you wished we walked around naked--? How were you so sure they were IGBO? Distinct Ogo? ![]() |
The monkeys? When were monkeys EVER verbal? I knew they signed but SPEAK?
LOL---I can't help but wonder too. I was baffled. I was dumbfounded. lol---- |
@Babe Exactly. I still owe them those amount(N98, N80). Tons of folks have correctly pointed out that nothing is missing.
Yh, I know. I replied the OP, before I started arguing with you. |
pendo89:LMAO--- Oh lawd a mercy! I'm tried of answering those kind of questions correctly. I'm always sarcastic about my answers nowadays. Do you have cell-phones in Nigeria? No. Do you wear clothes in Nigeria? (LOL) No. One Chinese food delivery guy (he's American) asked me a few days ago If the monkeys in Nigeria speak English---LOL I was like "WTF--Yes, they do." |
sexkillz:Must you post? ![]() |
^^^ LOL--Jokes! |
Ignorant Fish: Do y'all really have Lions roaming the streets in Nigeria? Do y'all really live in trees? Me: **I give the person the 'are you seriously asking me these questions look'**** Then I finally say: Yes we do. ![]() Ignorant Fish: Oh, That's so neat. That's so cool. Me: Yh, really cool. ![]() My inner thoughts: Is this dude for real? Do I live in a tree? **smh** Some of these so called Americans are the most primitive he-goats you'll ever meet. STOP WATCHING NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC channel---you fish!---- ![]() ******* Ignorant Fish: Do y'all have planes in Africa? Me: Duh! My inner thoughts: How the 4uck did I get here if we don't have planes? Do you really think I paddled a canoe to get here? **smh** ******* Ignorant Fish: Do you speak African? Me: No. My inner thoughts: AFRICA IS NOT A COUNTRY YOU FOOL. Even if it is---your question doesn't even make sense. |
LittleNerd:LWKMD! LMAO-LOL----chei! True though. Some weird people will rock those clothes. |
Providing another example using the logic of the OP. All I did was change the numbers. It is still the same thing.
It's not the same thing. You omitted the 'stealing the money' part. I get what you're driving at though.
No it is not. Reread it again. In the OP's case, I have N3 left, gave my parents N1 each and have N1left to myself. In my example, I have N20 left and gave each of my parents N10, hence I have nothing left! Gettit?
I think I get it. You're trying to say that you keeping some money for yourself and you not doing so, are pretty much the same thing. Coz at the end of the day, you still owe your parents the same amount of money (N98, N80). Right? |
dayokanu:LOL- |
Opus-deii, Nobody has solved the puzzle? You must be joking. I'm also patiently waiting for your "answer". |
LET IT GO! You're in Nigeria. |
What's up with all these vagina-looking shoes? They all look good, especially Chidi Mokeme. |
@ Bliss4lyfe, how many times do you want me to tell you that I'm Nigerian?---- I'm Nigerian. @ Temiade, I acknowledge your post. |
I already did. Have you heard about proof by contradiction? That's what I did by giving another example which implied there was no missing Naira.
Providing another example of a completely diff. scenario is supposed to imply that there's no missing Naira? Providing another example is supposed to reveal the cause of the flaw? That your example sef is a sham. You didn't include the fact that you kept some money (making it less complicated).Proof of Contradiction is supposed to refute the possibility of something assuming that it was possible right? If your example was the case, then OP wouldn't bother asking the question--(coz that would be a stupid question). |
This puzzle is a sham. Imagine the shirt cost N80 so that I now have N20 as change. If I then give each of my parents N10, then I will owe each of them N40. Now according to the OP's greatly flawed puzzle N40 + N40 plus the 0N I have left = N80, where's is the missing N20?
Errrmm---that's the point of the "puzzle". You're supposed to figure out the "sham"---or rather, what caused the "sham". |
LOL @ people solving the puzzle with the Almighty Formula. ![]() LOL @ Decimal points. @ Topic: A way of solving it: You bought the shirt for 97 naira. You gave 2 naira to dad and mum; Making the total 99 naira. Adding that to the 1 naira you stole, makes the total 100 naira. Therefore, there's no missing Niara. A second way of solving it: When you give dad and mum back the 2 naira, you owe them 98 naira in total---that 98 naira also includes the 1 naira you kept for yourself. So, isolating that 1 naira caused the puzzle. Therefore, there's no missing Niara. |
koruji:So, you're basically saying that--GEJ doesn't want to deal with his inevitable failure in his second term, so he'd rather have it "amputated". Cool cool. ![]() If that(^) was really the point of the amendment; then I can't help but wonder who informed him that he's gonna have a chance for second term ---Talo Gun'yan fun to ni t'obe o soro? How is he so sure that he'll Anyways, I trust Nigerians, they'll probably elect him again (If their votes actually counts)-- Their Reason: He's the lesser of two evils--- l laugh in Efik and Tiv. |
IBEXY:Pls how many Nigerian rappers have you heard of sef---- ![]() They DO RAP IN PIGdiN, YORUBA, IGBO AND HAUSA and some other languages that me sef no understand. Ever heard of DAGRIN?---raps in yoruba. Ever heard of OLAMIDE?----raps in yoruba Ever heard of FALZ?---raps in yoruba and english Ever heard of OJB?---raps in yoruba and english. Ever heard of REMINISCE?---raps in yoruba, english, etc. (lol) Ever heard of ELDEE?----when he raps, he raps in yoruba and english. There are a WHOLE lot more--I just can't seem to remember them now. A good number of them do rap with an American Accent, and it works. Ever heard of M.I and NAETO C? Ever heard of ICE-PRINCE, JESSE JAGZ--and co? IBEXY:Ermmm---- 2face made it coz he's original and he can deliver---Not because he's not a rapper. Hope you know M.I.-- the biggest 50CENT sounding guy in 9ja--- is making it REAL BIG! Y'all need to expand your horizon and start listening to correct 9ja music.
i agree, a fake "new york accent" silly auto-tunes, they even wear heavy winter coats in the hot naija weather just to imitate the new york image it is appaulingly embarrasing!
FAIL! EPIC FAIL! That's not the rap music I listen to o. Auto-tune to rap in 9ja? Winter-Coat in video? Chei! **smh*** You just made the world know that you're not used to 9ja rap-music ATALL. You're just misyaning.9ja rap-music has gone past all that BS--- you need to stay current. ![]() |
^^ I guessed as much. |
---and how does your play-let come into play? |
IBEXY: Pls classify Timaya for me abeg--- Hope you know that those standard genres don't apply for Nigerian music/artistes---It's either they're "Hip-Hop" or "Non-Hip hop"- No need for the efizy. |
jay bee:Gbam. Bliss4Lyfe:Isn't GEJ a good role model? # Justaquestion. I thought he was the "savior" that you Nigerians were waiting for. I thought 2011 was the crucial year. It's 2015 now abi--?- add 4 yrs to that---and another 4, and another 4, and another 4---- lets go there! ![]() So "we" need a good role model to change? Isn't Uncle Fashola is good role model? Has that stopped me from giving policemen bribe at check-points for not having a "particular"? Or has that stopped them from collecting it? You never jam! Bliss4Lyfe:Amen. |

) You'll never hear him trying to sound like 50cent or Grand Master Flash and the furious 5. He cut his own style - even sings in Pidgeon English yet he's loved all over the world. He's original.
