I just got a call today informing of the release of the second National common entrance exam (NCEE)
I have been calling NECO support line for confirmation. Guess what? All the lines are switched off right now. I tried calling all 7 phone lines, they are all switched off. What is wrong with government institutions, even fed ministry of education doesn't have a website, after all the staffs are paid to do their jobs including answering calls for inquiries.
