Lol. We will only be playing this one for playing sake. There is no way we can beat those Iceland boys...not what I saw them playing Argentina. unfortunately, even our normal calculator method won't work this time around. Naija is out of the tournament abegiiiiiiiii.
Well for me, I think we need to approach each game the way it should be approached, for SE to lost first game does not mean they cannot perform better in their next outing, may be we should wait till that day and see, May Almighty protect each and every one of us till that day.
Our technical crew needs to do some amendments in all departments so that we can achieve greater results in all the remaining games.

Very disappointing outing for our super whatever. We football lovers are expecting some agile, super speed, making some dangerous attempts in front of the opponents, tactics that can make the opponents gets frustrated but this team don't really exhibit such skills at all. Egypt and Morocco played their first games though they were beaten by their opponents but not as cheap as this our team. Only God knows the outcome of our next match, should I rate this super eagles the very best worst team in this tournament despite the fact that we still have some other countries to play their first game.

Good evening my fellow football loving Nigerians, in less than two hours now our own Super eagles will file out with their Croatians counterparts in this year's edition of World Cup, which is happens to their first game of the tourney. In opener game of group d between the Argentina vs Iceland which ended in a goal apiece and the results that makes it look like the group is open to any two countries that can take and utilizes their chances. The question now is that what tactics or formation you football followers think that our team can use in to night's game that will give us maximum points against Croatia? Over to you football enthusiasts.

I 100% agree with you, any player could miss it, but either missed or converted it will still be part of any footballer's profile.

You're right, I see our chances against Argentina even, we've beaten them before, it's possible again.

Win against Croatia
Win against Argentina
Draw against Iceland
we can do it, we've once done it and we'll do it again tonight.

I strongly believe those boys can pull a surprise. Even 1 - 0 win for the super eagles today is welcome then another draw in the last two game puts us in good standing
My brother, if Super Eagles can manage to get maximum 6 points in our first two games, I think we're then good to go far in this ongoing tournament.

Now some people will open their foolish mouths shouting Ronaldo don't anything in football except to convert awarded penalties, I think you can see now that to even score penalties in any match it a something of greatest works in any point in time.

Super eagles have a chance if this boys are serious
You're right for Argentina to drop two vital points against debutante in their first match of this WC, I think it's a added advantage for our dear super eagles to take and utilities any scoring chances created during each game. With team works and one spirit may Almighty see us through.

#Fact... Some people will be wishing God should make them CR7.

Remember no success without struggles.

Imagine the pains he must have had when he lost the Penalty with Man u against Chelsea UCL Final. (although they won)

Imagine the 5:0 Defeat against Barca

Imagine loosing the penalty also with Kaka and Benzema (Realmadrid vs Bayern UCL Semis)

Imagine seeing Messi winning about 3 straight world bests right in your eyes and you are forced to clap and smile when your rival is giving his victory speech

Imagine and the downtimes..

What this suffice to say is that... Last last everybody go make am... Na just date we no no.
You could probably be in your CR7 downtime now doesn't mean you will not shine like the Overhead kick against Juve, or the 17goals champions league record or the 5Ballons or the 5 UCL medal or the ha trick against a classic spain etc etc

Don't give up.. Do you best, work hard, pray, be smart and stay positive.

See you at the top.

Lastly, CR7 is currently the song of today now doesn't mean he may win this worldcup.. Moral is enjoy every single moment of success while you have it and do enough to make your name still relevant even when you seem not to meet expectations later.
BABA OOO, you supposed to be awarded nairalanders motivational speaker of the moment, clap for you and more wisdom to your brain, lol.

sad

Sometimes i always wonder, a father will go through thick and thin to feed, shelter, care, secure his children safety, but when those children grew up and they are working, they always prefer their mother to their father,
not only, they will even neglect their father
To me I can say it depends on the relationship the mother or father have with the particular child, for instance you don't expect a child that his/her mother went through hell to see him/her scaled through his/her education to a certain level and the father neglected his role or his fatherly duties in the life of such child and the child eventually make it in life, now whom do you expect such child to care, cherish or lavish his/her money, time etc on? I that am typing this am in my late 30 and I can tell you that since I was age 8 till today I don't experience any fatherly role in my life, MY GREATEST MOTHER, MY BEAUTIFUL MOTHER,MY ONE AND ONLY she's the one doing her motherly duties whenever the needs arises, MAY GOD ALMIGHTY LET HER LEAVE LONG IN GOOD HEALTH AND PROTECT ALL HER CHILDREN, okola America, I love my mum.
