Sanchez01:

What on God's earth are you talking about You expected Perez to be a hypeman beside Ronaldo just because he plays for the club? Do well to mention when Barce president walked with Messi to receive an award.

More importantly, Real Madrid has many honourary board members and all are players who have played for Madrid at some point in time. No player is bigger than Madrid. Before CR7, the likes of Robinho, Ronaldo, Owen, Figo, Beckham, Raul and many others, have all walked through the club.

CR7 is a phase in Madrid's history. It is about time we look towards Odegaard, Vinicius, Isco, Asensio, Lucas Vasquez and others. Heaven didn't fall when Raul left. It won't now.
God bless you richly.

I think he's also part of the problem. The reason why I'm saying this is because he mentioned a Yoruba lady in his write up, to me this information is not necessary. The way government workers operates in Nigeria is the same regardless of their tribe, only few ones are diligent. The first time I travelled out of the country an immigration officer requested for money before she can stamp my passport, when I tell people this story I don't attach the tribe because it is not needed. I hope one day we will see ourselves as Nigerians instead of people of different tribes
i clap you. Long live Nigeria and Nigerians.

We aren't complaining

We love the way things are going

98% Nigerians do

Lord I thank U for making me a Nigerian

Wen next I come to dis world, I'll still come as a Nigerian together with my 180 million brothers and sisters

DEAL LORD!
Brother you said 98% of Nigerians love the way things are run in this country, lol. Were you speaking for the whole Nigerians or you're speaking from what you think Nigerians are going through? From your write-up I thought you've conducted a survey throughout the country and from your research you finally came out with the result you gave in write up but sir if you didn't do such research or survey then you just totally gave wrong situation of things in the country.

Travel / Re: 75 Stranded World Cup Fans Escape In Russia by babony1: 2:48pm On Jul 26, 2018
MrBrownJay1:

when you talk about such journey, its good to talk about the few who manage to make it (thus why others want to copy it), but please do also talk about the many miserable ones who FAIL (sometimes tragically), so people have a true understanding about the pros and cons of going for such mad journey. with IFs BUTs and MAYBEs, we can on forever, so lets talk about REALITY..... the reality here is that if anyone wants to move to Russia (illegally) to do menial/construction work, then they should remember that:

A) WORK: you will probably NEVER make 10-12 dollars /hr working illegally in Russia, unless you sell drugs or your body. the reality is that you may earn around $300 a month slaving from morning to night, if you are lucky (just to make it clear, the minimum wage in Russia is about 12K RUBLES, thats about $200).

B) WEATHER: you MUST find a warm place to stay before autumn comes (let alone winter). seeing these football fans sleeping outside in the summer, and thinking you can do that in the winter will have you die fast fast! -5 degrees is the average temperature inMoscow during winter, think about it.

C) RACISM: as much as Russians are changing their attitude towards black people and become more and more open minded (especially women), you best believe that Russia is still a VERY RACIST country. failure to take this into SERIOUS consideration, will have your body float in the Moskva river.

D) CORRUPTION: if you think Nigeria is a corrupt nation, and thats why you want to run away from it, then Russia is certainly NOT the place to run to, as corruption there is exactly the same as Nigeria.

E) LANGUAGE: the language barrier is a big problem to many foreigner who move to Russia, as their alphabet is different.... thus more difficult to learn. without speaking the language it would be quasi impossible to integrate and possibly have better opportunities.

but hey, if someone wants to move to Russia/Qatar or any of these places just as bad as Nigeria, then by all means be our guest, it will e a valauable experience (so long as you come back in one piece).
You mentioned vital points I can figure out in your write up.

I guess she's helping her mum, someone or somebody is managing it for her.
You can't do such perishable business yourself and still be in school in a country like this.
Not possible. Guess she has succeeded marketing herself. How many likes and retweet and you say she's really into that business and still have time for twitter. Come to Ahia ohuru, Ariaria, Eziukwu/cemetry and see thousands of fine looking girls hustling real hard with their kpalasa phones. How can those girls make it if all they do is tweet, Facebook and all with thousands of likes and comments? Abeg this one is just advertising herself.
Hustle is real.
Were you now saying she must be always be in the market attending to customers without even once taken some time out to check on her social media accounts? She can be selling her stuff and in couple of minutes going back to her phone to also have some relaxing moment. Remember the saying that goes thus all works without playing makes a jack dull boy.

ARRANT NONSENSE!!!
Nigerian men (and women) have been trying to cut corners for DECADES, and this has nothing to do with the government or a situation, but ALL to do with lazy good for nothing people trying to cut corners in life... there are MILLIONS of Nigerians who have moved to the west legally, there are MILLIONS of Nigerians who have looked within their environment to find a way to succeed in life, there are MILLIONS of Nigerians who have decided to sort out their life in a positive way.... and it is an insult to THESE people to come here and pretend that this above rubbish was the only thing this man could do to better his life. thats a DAMN LIE!

the reason we have the above rubbish marriage is because some Nigerian people are greedy, some Nigerian people are lazy, some Nigerian people want to cut corners to attain what they dont deserve and/or some Nigerian people want to achieve what others have, at any cost.... no matter how tough life is in Nigeria, we should ALL look down on such practice, just as we look down on Yahoo Yahoo or prostitutes/runz babes.
God bless you.

Correct, I think he just need to put all these skills into use one after the other by firstly implement one skill, see the progress of that one for some months with taking all the necessary measures and the assessment and the final results on that first business may be a pointer to move on to the implementation of the second, third skills.

Using other people's narrative as a justification to rub on a gender is unacceptable and illogic!
You may have heard maybe 10 to 20 cases does not make a good stat to come up with a hasty "99% conclusion"....

And besides, you only heard and concluded from one mouth simply because you are associated with that gender without confirming from the other...that's a hasty and thoughtless conclusion....

Do you know if the married woman you spoke to is only lying just to make herself a victim while bad mouthing the hubby?

Do you stay and live with these married ladies at home to have confirmed that they contribute 60% for upkeeps?

As much as I believe that there are some guys who relinquish most of their responsibilities in the family setup, its totally unfair to stand by the corridor and judge a family based on what you heard from just one person!

I know of marriages that have lasted for many years and the woman looked prettier and younger while the man looked better.....I know of young marriages where both partners looked old and disfigured...... I also know of marriages that have either of the partners looking young and better or looking old and worse!

Every marriage is not the same for everyone....!

Different strokes for different folks!

Good of you sir.
