Is a 5 page SOP considered too long or I should stick to 2 pages?

just checked one of the places i worked previously and its not on the CAC website. And I listed it as part of my employment history. Is that going to be a problem?

My Sponsors employer addressed his introduction letter to "to whom it may concern" and not "the Canadian high comission". Will that be a problem?

That is serious, from 28m to 155k. I will advice he liquidate investment and show commitment by transfering to your dorm and possibly paying one year tuition. I am thinking like a VO.

1)What is the best way of showing a co sponsors commitment to back up his affidavit of support?.
2) must the final balance of my sponsors or co sponsor statement of acct show they currently have the liquid cash to sponsor me
3) How does my sponsor proof that the money he has in a fixed deposit acct is reserved strictly for my education and nothing else?

House... can I use my passport details as national identity document or I should usr my voters card

You should state it.Your UK denial or any other denial(even if it was Canada) won't affect your new application, so feel free to state it without fear

While i was an undergraduate student, I was denied a VAF1 tourist visa into the UK in 2012 on my old passport(My only attempt at travelling) for purpose of visit and current circumstances in Nigeria , should I state it under travel history in my application. And will my denial into the UK affect my current application? Please help

Please can you advise means on how I prove ties to Nigeria, my mum and sister live and work in the UK though my mum has a shop in naij that I'm managing. I only worked as a lesson teacher briefly before i started managing my mums shop. It's only my dad that's here with me. How do I go about proving home ties? Thank you

You are financially good to land a TRV. Now you must work on proving ties to Nigeria that would induce your return. Cover all gaps and show you have been engaged in meaningful pursuits all these years is all that is needed. Why a PGD instead of a masters you have to justify. It’s a tall order. Perhaps you can justify that on saying you want vocational training instead of the theoretical which is what a masters is all about. Tell them the set of skills you want to acquire requires practical training. Explain that you are a genuine student and applying in good faith. Explain the correlation between chemical engineering and control instrumentation engineering. Good luck.

Hi guyz...im kind of new on this thread but I've read a few things. I have an offer from a college for a PGD in instrumentation and control engr. I finished my uni since 2013 (chemical engr) but haven't really worked, just been managing my mum's shop. My mum will b my sponsor. I av my educational documents, my SOP, will soon pay my first year fees, my mum's acct statement, also with another fixed deposit acct 5m. I want to know if I'm good to go with my application or I still need other things cuz from wat I've seen people are rejected due to home ties, finance and purpose of visit. Is my profile good enough to get me a visa? Thank you

Will I encounter any problem at the embassy as regards issuance of visa if I get admitted into a bachelor's degree course even tho I've graduated from uni since 2014 and passed my WAEC since 2007. I intend to apply for another bachelor's degree as it's looking difficult to get admitted into a masters program. Any suggestion is highly welcomed
