Female characters are the hardest to write in media.

Many writers struggle in writing female characters. Females are generally too emotional so they can easily become very annoying to watch in some media.

There is also the issue of strength.

She could easily turn into a Mary Sue who has no weaknesses...
If you write her weaker, she could easily become a damsel in distress

Most writers have to find a balance...but it's easier said than done. They don't have to worry as much when writing a male character.

Some writers avoid the stress by turning all female characters into fan service who exist soley to please the men...their entire personality is watered down to their sèxual role or love interest.

Some action stories simply relegate female characters to support roles so it doesn't lead to power scaling problems e.g Baki

Some other stories just avoid female characters in general e.g Kaiji

Even females struggle to write proper female characters in movies/series.
It is extremely hard to properly write a female-led action movie/series


Females get too much wahala in real life and in media

I actually do hate movies or shows with female leads especially when it is an action series, seeing a female actor beat up her male opps is always strange to me

It's only a problem when it's not done well...
You hate it cos of the way some it's depicted in some movies...

Hollywood mostly tend the make the males incompetent in female-led action movies...

If you want a proper female-led action movie, go watch The Villainess (2017)

Here it won't feel weird cos the men are actually competent...you can tell that the men are physically stronger and use that strength to their advantage...

Mahito can be defeated but you must use attacks that affect his soul.

Normal attacks are useless against him.

So far Itadori can damage his soul. Same as Nobara...that's one of the reasons he focused on killing her. Nobara and Itadori are his natural enemies...

Todo cannot damage Mahito's soul so far...
So Itadori is the only hope for now

This movie is pretty good. Apparently it's based off a non-fiction book. The acting was really solid too.

However my first question is: How in the world did this movie cost $200m to produce?


I saw absolutely nothing in this movie that should cost $200m. The sets were good but nothing special...same as the costumes...
Sometimes it feels like there is some money laundering going on


Secondly, this movie is too dàmn long.
The story is good, but there is no intrigue or anything that keeps you necessary focused for 3 hours 28 minutes at a sitting.

This movie would have hell to watch in a cinema...even as good as it is.
At least Avatar 2 had some spectacular beautiful visuals to keep you invested and even had action sequences...

No way I would pay to watch this for about 4 hours in a sitting at the cinema...it took me over 4 sittings to complete this movie at home...it was never ending

Honestly, I know they had a lot of story to tell and they didn't wanna rush the character relationships...but they should have still found a way to cut down some runtime.

Anyway, definitely worth watching. Leonardo DiCaprio didn't disappoint with his acting

I Just hate kids movies.
Selling drugs doesn't make it tough.

A bit conflicted about the ending of this one.
Adrian's plan to unite the world against a common enemy (Dr. Manhattan) worked but I personally have issues with this plan whenever it's used in media.

In this movie it's clearly established that something had to be done soon because humanity was very soon going to destroy itself with nuclear weapons. So you could say Adrian made a strict but logical plan.


Very similar to the Code Geass ending. However the issue with these endings are that these people do not properly address the nature of humanity.

This movie does not highlight the fact that this "peace" is merely temporary and short just like all the previous "peace" born through bloodshed that has occurred throughout humanity's history.

While I understand the need to take action to save humanity...these millions of lives that were sacrificed matter. The story did not properly address how these lives mattered. They were just numbers... statistics, all just to create a peace that was fleeting at best....

In a few years, humans will fall back to default and wars will return...so was it worth the lives of these millions of people sacrificed?

Adrian being called the smartest man in the world should have had a better and more detailed answer to that...
He should have known that his actions were only fleeting...

It is man's nature to war and have conflict and the death of these millions only postpone the inevitable...

So what would Adrian do the next time this war is on the horizon again?
Would he kill another tens of millions to unite humanity once more?,

Watchmen did not answer this...Code Geass did not answer this...

They both ended on a "and peace reigned happily ever after because the story told you so"

Although Watchmen did hint at Rorschach's diary being found and the truth of Adrian's plan being revealed.

No. Mahito didn't get a chance to transfigure Todo.

Normal attacks don't work against Mahito. Only attacks that do him damage are attacks that directly affect his soul...cos his ability is soul manipulation...

Remember his fight with Mechamaru? Mechamaru had special capsules that damaged Mahito's souls...I think 4 capsules or so...

So it doesn't matter if Todo uses black flash or not...as long as the attack doesn't damage Mahito's soul...it won't kill him or give him any serious damage...

Itadori and Nobara could damage Mahito's soul...that is why Mahito quickly focused on Nobara


So right now, unless Todo somehow manages to pull an attack that can damage Mahito's soul, his hits are pointless...only Itadori can kill Mahito

Although it's slightly funny 🤣

I suggest you watch anime like REDO OF HEALER.
It is about a young boy who obtained healing magic powers and uses that to help people in need. It is a very touching story as he encounters all sort of men and women and HEAL them if their suffering. It has very good and kid friendly but touching themes.


You can also try INTERSPECIES REVIEWERS.
It is about a group of kids who learn to appreciate all species of living beings. They learn about them, their way of life and learn life lessons from these different species...
Those kids will learn a lot about different animals, mammals and stuff.
They'll love it...

I don go send this thing give a close family member and her kids cos dem don disturb me taya for film. And I know they can't enjoy my type of entertainment like the Oppenheimer's, Fall of The House of Usher of this world....so I gave them a few things easily digestible.
