free2ryhme: The Peoples Democratic Party has said that the Lagos State Governor Babatunde Fashola (SAN), is not the best governor in Nigeria.

The PDP Publicity Secretary, Mr. Olisa Metuh, who said this in an interview with journalists in Abuja, said there were PDP governors who had done better than Fashola.

“I disagree with the view that Fashola is the best governor in Nigeria. There are PDP governors who did better than Fashola in terms of delivering dividends of democracy to their people. Have you been to Akwa Ibom, Jigawa, Cross Rivers and some other states that are being ruled by PDP governors?” Metuh said.

He said the seven governors who left the PDP performed better that Fashola and that the party was still proud of them despite their disagreement with the Bamangar Tukur-led executive.

He said, “The seven governors that said they had left the PDP are all great achievers. They have done well in their respective states and we are proud of them.

“The only grievance we have against them is that if they express the same commitment with which they transformed their states to the PDP, our party would have been greater.

“How can you say Fashola has performed better than our governors? I think the problem is that we don’t go to the media to shout. You need to visit those states and see the kind of development I ama talking about.”

He said the PDP would not remove Tukur as a pre-condition for reconciling with its aggrieved members and that members of the party seeking for the chairman’s removal as a precondition for reconciliation without recourse to due process was not only undemocratic but unfair. I think mr olisa is right because i too was wondering at what paremeters used to have arrived at that conclusion.

Nothing is happening in Kwara and the few infrastructures are being named after Bukola or the father. Kwara house of assembly passed a law that before Bukola left office, THE state will pay Bukky salary until he dies and they are using state funds to build a billion Naira mansion for him in GRA.

ogwumgbe: Ngige within few years of staying in office embarked on massive road construction and other infrastructures. What have your godfather peter Obi achieved in his 8 year in office. If Ngige was given a chance to stay that long as governor, Anambra state would have been competing with FCT now in terms of development. It's a pity that people are the cause of their own problem. Nigeria is so backward to this day because good people are always discredited. No sane Anambrarian will opt to vote to another person except Ngige. Peter Obi's 8 years in office is ceremonial, there's nothing to show for it. What improvement has Peter Obi made in terms of Health you accuse Ngige for not improving? Grow up slowpoke

Goldenboy007: Ok, this a true life short story cos i know this person very well, She was a sister in a popular church and we all knew her to be very promiscuous. Some elders and choir master have been beneficiaries of her largesse and even male choir members were not left out. (I didn't partake of the unholy communion o before you go begin ask me, why? then I was an innocent mummy's overgrown ajebutter so sex was a No-No, which house i wan use sef ). This sister had committed so many abortions but the last one that broke the proverbial camel's back was an Ectopic pregnancy and while in the effort to save her they had to remove her womb. This is a very beautiful girl, well educated, well endowed physically and sophisticated, you know how stories fly around those orthodox church communities because most members are family generation. The sister left the church and joined one of this modern Pentecostal church where she has become a born again chorister. Funny how life works, in later years i met an office colleague who had been boasting about his born again fiancee, he told me about their no Sex policy and how they have maintaining it for 2 years. It was when we went for a marriage ceremony together that i realized that his fiancee is our popular church sister!!! I diplomatically discovered he doesn't know about her issue. I am sure it would be on their honey she would confess that her engine has been removed. Don't get me wrong i believe in second chance but it is based on truthfulness but how many girls would tell a guy how many men she slept with?
